For our purpose, the location was excellent. The apartment was clean and and nice even though the towels had seen better days. We travelled with our dogs and it was easy to find paths where we could walk them.
We never got the wifi to work. It was a little chilly and we were not comfortable with lighing a fire so we were glad the weather was pretty warm for being in the end of September.

Location was within a walk from Palanga promenade and beach, 1,6km if to believe GoogleMaps
the stairs to upper level was way too steep- hard to climb up for older people, facility a bit difficult to find, because there was 2 sections with same facility number
