Pretty location, nice staff.

Very nice staff, area generally good rooms.

My particular room was quite dark in the day but a bit too bright in the mornings to actually sleep (ground floor and no blinds). Otherwise everything was pretty basic but nice.

We loved every minute of our stay, we'll definitely come back again some time.

We spent four days here during our trip to Croatia, and frankly, I'm a little bumed out we didn't plan for more. The room was great (just like the pictures), and the kitchen was very well equipped for its size, which allowed us to have breakfast in our room. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were perfect for me (I'm sensitive like that). Despite being close to a big hotel, the surroundings are very quiet at night. The host was very nice and supportive, sending us short video clips on how to get to the property because we arrived very late (around 9:30 pm). About the surroundings: The villa is in the vicinity of a big hotel (Le Meridien), so it's a very short walk to the beach. If you like your restaurants within walking distance, you are in luck - there are a few options close by, which also serve breakfast ( the Porto Spatato restaurant has a breakfast option for 15 EUR / person). The hotel itself has a few restaurants, but they're on the more expensive side. Luckily, if you just walk along the beach for a few hundred meters, you'll get to a couple of good restaurants.

This is not about the property, it's about the traffic - if you plan to leave by car and go sightseeing (and you should, Split is a great city, Trogir as well), note that the traffic to Split gets crowded. Luckily, the apartment is not far away from the point of congestion, so we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes.

Nice, comfortable, clean apartments but very badly maintained larger area

Apartments are very nice, clean and I have no complains.

The beach would be very beatifull if it would be maintained. There is seaweed laying everywhere on the beach not only from this season but also from previous seasons. Nobody is maintaining it. They would just have to rake it occasionally to keep it clean. The larger area is catastrophy for families with babies in stroller, not to mention disables. With wheelchair or stroller the beach is not easily acccesible. You cant even go to grocery store. To cross the main road there is just a small underpass that is accessable only through stairs, to cross it differently there is no other option except risking your life. Walking by the road is suicide, because there is no sidewalk at all. Due to those facts we will never come here again eventhough we have no complains about apartment itself.

Enjoyable and comfortable place

Clean and had enough space for the two of us. The first floor walk out terrace was also welcomed. The kitchenette area was adequate for our short stay. Proximity to the Le Meridian hotel was a bonus.

Just perfect

The property was amazing and in a great location. Christina the host was brilliant

There is no pool but the beach is on your doorstep. The apartments have the same name as next door and this causes confusion with taxis as there is separate entrance. Be warned there is NO discount for using hotel facilities ….. the hotel next door charges 300 kuna per day for use of one sunbed so be sure to walk a bit further down the beach if you want to pay a more realistic price of 150 for 2 beds and an umbrella.

Would stay here again!

Very clean with all one would need in the apt. Ground floor terrace is better than balcony we think as there is much more space. Good wifi and AC. Delicate bathrooms.

Not cleaned / towel change every day. Very hard to find at arrival in the dark even the Uber driver left us far from the reception. Almost no lights in the area.

Certainly a come-back place

The hosts were very hospitable, helpful and professional. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and was pristine clean. A cleaning staff cleaned it every 2nd or 3rd day and changed the bedsheets and towels. We found the bed and the pillows especially comfortable and we had a very good sleep there. We had a relatively big balcony with a seating area and even a swing. The apartments are located inside the Le Meridien Hotel complex and the area is very safe and quiet. With a surcharge the hotel facilities can also be used (swimming pool, beach loungers etc.). It is located right on the beach, just a flight of stairs away from it. There are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets not more than a kilometer away. We also had a dedicated parking place 100m from the apartment (inside the hotel complex).

Świetna lokalizacja - tuż nad morzem. Dobre wyposażenie - masz wszystko czego potrzebujesz - jak w domu. Spora powierzchnia i przestrzeń dla 4 osób dzięki sypialni na górze. Balkon pełen słońca - mały ale spokojnie możesz napić się kawy z widokiem na ogród i morze.

Es war ein gutes Appartement und am Strand

Das Bett war bequem, nicht hart, nicht weich, optimal. Am Sofa war sogar ein Topper. Der Appartement war ausreichend ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Die beiden Klimaanlagen haben nicht gestunken.Es sollte so sein. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Bei jedem Problem wurde gleich eine Lösung gefunden und sofort reagiert. Zum Beispiel bei der Einreise war die Tür in der Duschkabine war kaputt. Es wurde sofort reagiert und neu ersetzt in der gewünschten von mir Zeit. Genauso mit dem verlorenen Parkticket in der Nacht, uns wurde schnell ein neues geschickt. Vielen Dank ! Es war eine schöne Zeit hier!

Närheten till havet och strandpromenaden mellan städer- genom trappan ner är du framme på stranden och strandpromenaden där du hittar restauranger och olika aktiviteter.

Un uno de los departamentos no había microondas . El tráfico para ir al centro de split. Si tienes que ir al centro para actividades ( ferry, tours, paseos) el tráfico normal es 20 min pero en hora pico puede ser hasta más de una hora

Uredan i prostran apartman na super lokaciji

Smještaj je na top lokaciji, prostran,super opremljen, uredan i čist. Osoblje i domaćin su ljubazni. Parking u hladu uključen u cijenu. Bili smo samo na proputovanju, sljedeći put dolazimo na duže vrijeme!

Top Lage an einem wunderschönen Strand, viel Platz, sehr sauber

Es hat einen Arbeitsplatz. Balkon top mit Meerblick. Viel Platz. Zwei Klimas. Küche gut ausgestattet. Bad mit genug Stauraum für eigene Kosmetika. Parkplatz vorhanden. WLAN hat top funktioniert. Kommunikation top.

Es hat mir ein Wäscheständer gefehlt, denn es gibt ja auch eine Waschmaschine. Schlafbereich oben, Bad unten. Nachts auf WC müssen ist etwas nervig. Nur kroatisches Fernsehprogramm. Das Bett ist kein Doppelbett. Ich denke 140/160 sowas. War nicht sooo bequem. Also für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay aber nicht für länger finde ich.

Schönes ruhig gelegenes Studio

Sehr schönes Studio für 2 Personen im EG mit gemütlicher Terrasse, wo man das Rauschen des Meers hören kann. Nach ein paar Tage Aufenthalt wurde vom Personal bei uns vorbeigeschaut und saubere Handtücher angeboten. Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr nah zu den Stränden und Restaurants. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse gibt es Wäscheständer, was für den Urlaub am Meer natürlich sehr praktisch ist. Das Internet war im großen und ganzen gut.
