Unexpected pet extra payment

Good location, lovely surroundings, a sauna, an elevator, and a personal locker near the ski lift.

I have never been asked to pay extra (15 euros per night) for a small dog (about 6kg) in a pet-friendly apart. Unpleasantly surprised :( The sauna is designed for 4 people, and sometimes it's overcrowded. Occasionally the landlady smokes on the stairs, and the smell of cigarettes spreads throughout the house.

Great stay in Ladis

We loved our stay here. Nice, clean and fairly new apartment. Kitchen quite ok equipped. Location is good, 5 minute walk to supermarket and 10 minutes to ski slopes. Parking in front of the apartment. We loved the sauna. Unfortunately it was only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Good to know: payment needs to be done in cash. And also, the owners have 3 cats that are really cute :)

Sometimes our bathroom and towels smelled of cigarette smoke, while we don’t smoke. Maybe it came in through the ventilation.

Friendly host. Lift very useful. Comfortable room including sofa. Table for eating. Good size fridge. Secure entry. Good entrance area.

No oven limited cooking options. Too many plants inside apartment. Bathroom lighting poor. Curtain didnt fully close. Beds squeaky. More pillows would be better.

Willkommen fühlt man sich anders.

Ruhige Lage, Parkplatz vor der Haustür

Die Eingangstüre war abgeschlossen, im Inneren war von außen auch nichts zu erkennen. Keine ersichtliche Klingel. Im Treppenhaus roch es nach Rauch. Abgebrochene und stumpfe Küchenmesser waren in der Küche zu finden. Es gab keinen Gemüseschäler und eine Suppenschopfkelle war nicht vorhanden. Die Kaffeemaschine war dreckig und im Trichter, sowie im Wassertankbehäter war Kaffeepulver und Kaffeesatz der Vorgänger zu finden. Alte und sehr dünne Handtücher im Bad. Die Sauna war abgeschlossen. Gastgeberin war etwas unfreundlich.

Appartement was niet echt schoon. Sigarettenas naast de gootsteen en broodkruimels op de tafel. De kamer en de hal van het appartement stonken naar rook elke dag weer omdat de cheffin waarschijnlijk rookte en haar deur van haar vertrek meestal open liet staan De eerste dag konden we de kookplaat niet gebruiken omdat deze op het kinderslot stond en de huismeester het niet lukte om dit kinderslot er vanaf te krijgen. Later op de dag toen wij terugkwamen was het wel opgelost. De derde dag konden we 's morgens niet douchen omdat het licht het niet deed, bleek te komen door een defect koffiezet apparaat bij een ander appartement. Appartement stond vol met planten wat nou niet echt gezond is om in te slapen. TV kijken kan alleen op bed, Als je de stoelen wilde gebruiken kan dat alleen van opzij maar die stoelen daar hou je het niet lang op uit, zaten voor geen meter

Prettige nette en ruime kamers. We waren met 12 personen in 3 appartementen en konden heerlijk samen zitten en eten Het was niet gehorig begrepen we van andere huurders Heel fijn want spelletjes spelen zijn bij ons soms luidruchtig 🙈. Sauna op dinsdag en donderdag is een heerlijke extra luxe
