A good apartment undermined by the booking data leak and undisclosed construction site opposite.

Spacious and clean apartment: The property was well‑equipped, tidy, and comfortable for a family stay. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms: This layout made the stay more convenient and practical. Fresh bread delivery option: A thoughtful service that added a nice touch to the mornings. Helpful and flexible owner: She quickly provided a crib and was understanding about the miscommunication from the booking agent who did not give her the full details of who was travelling. Kids’ playground nearby: A lovely area behind the apartment that the children enjoyed. Direct walking path into town: Accessible from the playground area. Free ski bus available: A practical alternative to the long uphill walk to the ski lift.

Security breach attempt: A scammer contacted myself via WhatsApp pretending to be Belvilla, requesting bank details through a convincing fake link — raising concerns about vulnerabilities in the booking process. No warning about construction site which was directly opposite the apartment. A large, noisy construction site directly opposite the apartment blocked the road and mountain view, and significantly affected our stay. Impact on childcare plans: The noise and disruption made it difficult for our relative to care for our baby during the day. Dust and dirt on parked car: Ongoing construction left our vehicle dirty throughout the stay. Full price charged despite construction site disruption: No compensation or adjustment was offered. Booking details not passed to the owner: Information about the number of guests, children, baby, dog, and the need for a crib was not communicated, causing stress after a long journey. Distance to ski lift misrepresented: The walk is at least 30 minutes uphill in good conditions, which was not clearly stated. Ski lockers supposedly included but not communicated: We had to pay out of pocket for something that should have been part of the booking.

A good and convenient appartment close to the lifts

Prima Appartment equiped with the normal basic necessities received in a very clean state. 2 good bedrooms and 2 toilets made the vacation for a family of 4 very comfortable. The landlord offeered additional service with Ski locker at the lift station which is very convenient. Skibus available about 150 m away brining you straight to the lift station and back, or a short 20 min walk.

2 point would have made our stay even better, The coutch in the living room is extremely hard an uncomfortable and the pillows in the beds are not very comfortable. The light is a question of preference but we found it far too bright to be comfortable.

Great flat to ski in Fiss

Nice location - 3 minutes walk to the ski bus that gets you to Fiss in 5 minutes. Very quiet, awesome view from the terrace, parking in front of the door. Very clean and warm. Hosts were very welcoming - they live in the same building upstairs. Got a discount to ski passes and also bought a key from ski lockers - highly recommended. We got a welcome wine & fruits and the house had all the small things like dishwasher tablets, salt, and coffee filters.

Bed sheets could be better/softer.

Skiing vacation, 4 adults and 2 children

Very nice and clean appartment. 2 separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ski bus 2 min from the house. 5 min ride to the cable car. Nice and helpfull owners. Great value for money.

Exceptional

Accommodation was perfect, We didnt take advantage of all that was offered. It was 15mins walking distance from the lifts- the buses go every 30min. There was enough space for my family with 3 kids, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, TV, some games and papers for children. But we didnt use many of these since we were absolutely tired of doing long trips.

I cannot find anything. It was just perfoect for what I paid.

Great Ski holiday in Fiss

A good apartment in Fisser Hofe with 2 bedrooms (one with 3 beds and one with 2 beds), living with open kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Good for a family with 3 kids. All was very clean and the owners are very kind and supportive. On arrival Saturday at 11.00am it was no problem to already check-in.

The location is a 1,5km uphill walk to the ski-lift but at 200 meter there is also a ski-bus bringing you to the lift as well. The only disadvantage is that the last ski-bus returns at 16.50 from the ski-lift, which is too early if you like to do a bit of apres-ski. The distance is then too far for the kids to walk back to the apartment.

Bardzo jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu.

Wspaniały wygodny apartament bliziutko przystanku ski busa. Miejsce parkingowe pod samym domem. Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni. Są 2 łazienki, a przy 6-ciu osobach to duża wygoda. Gospodarze dali nam karty do szafek na przechowywanie sprzętu narciarskiego przy stacji wyciągu- najlepsze rozwiązanie jakie widziałam! Polecam-na narty super miejsce!

Materace na dużym łóżku w 2 osobowej sypialni chyba czas wymienić- po środku wygniecione. Ekspres do kawy mógłby być lepszy…

Bella e accogliente

Casa molto bella con tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno, proprietari molto gentili e simpatici. Ottimo il servizio del pane fresco la mattina (a pagamento ovviamente) e anche della Summer Card che ti permette di usare tutti i mezzi del comprensorio (anche questo a pagamento)

Nulla. Purtroppo per loro gli stanno costruendo davanti casa una nuova struttura che al momento allunga la camminata per raggiungere la casa.

Fijn appartement met fantastische gastvrouw

Het is een ruim appartement met 2 grote slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens je verblijf. De gastvrouw is zo ontzettend lief en behulpzaam! Toen we een keer enorm natgeregend waren kwam zij de natte spullen ophalen om te laten drogen bij haar en heeft ze zelfs nog een wasje gedaan. Appartement ligt op 15 minuten lopen van het centrum van fiss, 5 minuten van de ski/wandelbus, 20 minuten naar de liften en vlakbij de wolfsee (spelen, relaxen, wandelen). Brood kun je bestellen en wordt door de bakker gebracht voordat je wakker bent. Wij komen graag terug!

Fijne locatie, op circa 15-20 minuten lopen van het centrum Fiss, supermarkt en ski liften. Appartement is netjes schoon, voorzien van alle gemakken

Keuken is erg krap. Wij hadden lockers gehuurd bij de skilift, vanuit het appartement. Volgens mij verder geen mogelijkheid om je spullen bij de accommodatie op te bergen

Fijn verblijf gehad.

Mooi, goed, zeer schoon appartement. Zeer volledig uitgerust. Op mooie plek, dichtbij skibus. Parkeren voor de deur.

Skibus rijdt helaas slechts tot 16.50. En omdat het appartement/huis iets buiten het centrum ligt, betekende dit voor ons af en toe kinderen halen en brengen. Wel is het op zich 4 minuten met de auto naar de après ski.
