cosy apartment in a peaceful location on the edge of the village

warm well equipped apartment on the edge of the mostly car free village. You have your own parking space a very short walk from the apartment. Leave the car there and use underground train to get to the ski lifts.

Good apartment, but not really pets friendly.

Good for the people who is missing the countryside life with the horse smell and morning rooster songs. Good view from the window.

If you are travelling with your pets, be prepared to pay a hefty price. As it was not mentioned from the beginning, we were really surprised of the final bill. They are taking 16€ per day (for cleaning). But actually there is no daily cleaning.

The apartment was really nice and fairly close to the city center. Good price to quality ratio.

The access for the toilet is in the bedroom. People sleeping in the living room might be annoyed by that.

Fantastische plek, huis, en faciliteiten. Super aardig personeel.

De locatie was iets buiten het dorp, voor ons ideaal want we reisden met 2 honden. Personeel was ontzettend aardig. De keuken had alle faciliteiten die je maar kon wensen. Grote ruime badkamer en heerlijke slaapkamer. De eet/woon kamer was ook fijn, mooi uitzicht.

Het enige nadeel was, is dat wij met honden waren, deze zijn ‘s ochtends redelijk druk en optijd wakker. Hierdoor konden de buren geluidsoverlast ervaren. Daarnaast kon je de buren makkelijk horen, verder geen overlast omdat wij elkaar afwisselde van weg zijn.

Tirol erleben Ob Sonnenschein oder Schnee Serfaus ist Vielfältig und es wird viel geboten.

Tolle Lage,es war sehr ruhig im Haus und Umgebung. Der Pool befindet im dazu gehörigen Hotel, der Nachmittags immer nutzbar ist. Ausblick 1A , super nette Familie....

Pool wurde durch Kinder gesprungen und die Sauna war nach 14Uhr nicht an.

Genoten van het verblijf, zou het zeker aanraden!

Verzorgde en ruime accommodatie, alles aanwezig en schoon. Met een paar min lopen ben je bij de bushalte en metro, maar lopend naar de kabelbaan en het centrum zijn ook goed te doen. Zou het zeker aanraden!

Als enig klein puntje: het bed kraakt enorm!

Perfect appartement, maar let op het zwembad zit NIET bij dit appartement

Het appartement was perfect. Het is heel schoon en nieuw en wij vonden het perfect dat er 2 badkamers zijn. En een heerlijk groot balkon

Het zwembad zit NIET bij dit appartement, dat ligt op ca 15 min lopen in hun zusterhotel. App ligt net buiten het centrum, dat ligt op ca 10/15 min lopen

Schönes Appartement. Angenehme Raumgröße, auch vom Bad, für 2 Personen. Gut ausgestattete Küche.

Keine Seife, kein Duschgel oder Shampoo. Keine Ablage in der Dusche für Duschutensilien. Zu wenig oder unpraktisch angebrachte Handtuchhalter.

Struttura comoda, poco chiari i servizi offerti

La struttura è collocata leggermente fuori dal centro di Serfaus (il che è un bene, perché il centro città presenta una restrizione al traffico che limita la circolazione delle auto) in una zona estremamente tranquilla. L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato rinnovato da poco e molto pulito. Il personale lo abbiamo trovato gentile e disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di ritirare le SUPER. SUMMER. CARD. (carte turistiche che danno la possibilità di poter usufruire gratuitamente di tantissimi servizi, come le cabinovie Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis - da pagare separatamente in struttura a 6,50€ l'una). Il centro di Serfaus è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi.

La struttura si presenta leggermente cara essendo un semplice appartamento senza colazione (tuttavia, allineato alle altre strutture della zona). Non ho apprezzato la poca chiarezza informativa per quanto riguarda la piscina, la quale non si trova in questa struttura ma presso il loro altro hotel in centro (Hotel-Pension Geiger - ovviamente raggiungibile in macchina e/o a piedi, ma di certo non comodo). Stesso discorso vale per il pagamento: volendo pagare con la carta, ci siamo dovuti recare presso l'altra struttura perché disponeva del POS.
