Wonderful place in Ried and nice host.

The location is very easy to reach, and very close to everything in Ried. The apartment building is very nice and the sauna is top level. We enjoyed our vacation a lot.

Sleeping sofa wasn't the most comfortable and a little worn out already but we knew we will have to sleep on an expandable coach when we booked.

Very nice place to stay for a ski trip, not only Serfaus domain, bot other close ski areas

Even though the key was not working, the host was super prompt, and in less than 10 minutes solved the problem. The spa area is also a big plus!

Week in the mountains

Very nice apartment, well equipped, comfortable beds and very clean and functional bathrooms. The building has a very nice sauna that you can use throughout the day and till 10pm. The check in was very easy and convenient since there was a sort of locked letter box where you could get the keys. The owners of the apartment and the building were nice and very helpful. We booked the apartment in the beginning of March since we wanted to ski. The apartment is 20 mins away by car from Serfaus. You can park for free right outside Serfaus and to take the train/shuttle to go to the ski area. Overall, from the apartment to the slopes in Serfaus, you shall consider around 45 mins.

Perfect appartement if you don't mind sticking to a limited skibus schedule.

Spacious and clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need is right around the corner (except obviously the ski lift)

The ski bus to FIS only goes on 8:45, 9:45 and 10:45 (and similarly only 3 return slots at the end of the day). Parking at the main gondola where the ski Schule is, is hard (you need to be there very early to have a spot). Easier at the Waldbahn.

That was exceptional stay for family meeting, big and clean rooms, kids and grown ups with adults could hang out in the play area for hours on the ground floor. Lots of toys, slides, climbing frames and table tennis. Very nice Sauna hot and adjustable. Food store just below the apartments. Ski shop behind the house. Rooms look better in real life then on the pictures :)

Location - driving up the hill every morning for about 10 min was strange at first but then we got used to it and it was absolutely fine. I cant complain about this because price was exceptional For our huge family of 11 ppl

Perfecte ligging van Fiss, maar ook Sankt Anton en Ischgl. Heerlijk rustige locatie. Boven supermarkt en naast bakker, top! Lieve host!

Modern eingerichtet, sauber, gute Ausstattung, Sauna inkl., zentrale Lage, Lift, Skikeller, super aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber

Zum Skifahren muss man schon rausfahren aber Skibus ist gratis (fährt einfach nicht durch den ganzen Tag)

Rewelacyjne miejsce na narciarski pobyt z rodziną.

Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel! Szczerze mówiąc, nie spodziewałem się aż tak wysokiego standardu. Obiekt jest nieskazitelnie czysty i bardzo zadbany – widać dbałość o każdy szczegół. Warunki są super, a strefa SPA to idealne miejsce na relaks po nartach. Ogromnym atutem jest fantastyczna Pani Gospodyni. Już na wejściu przywitała nas bardzo serdecznie, a w trakcie pobytu dopytywała, czy wszystko u nas w porządku, co było bardzo miłe. Lokalizacja jest świetna – blisko do sklepu i piekarni, a ski bus do Serfaus jest na wyciągnięcie ręki, co dla narciarzy jest kluczowe. Na koniec wyjazdu spotkała nas kolejna przemiła niespodzianka – dostaliśmy wino na drogę, a dzieci żelki. Klasa sama w sobie. Na pewno tu wrócimy!

Znakomity pobyt z rodziną na nartach

Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka, dobry i konkretny kontakt z właścicielami przed przyjazdem. Zachwyt wzbudził relaks w wellness po nartach. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra w Ried - wszędzie blisko. Czysto i ciepło.

Dzwony kościoła faktycznie regularnie wybijają rytm dnia. Po nartach i zmęczeniu aktywnościami na zewnątrz niemal ich nie słyszeliśmy, ale osoby wrażliwe mogą mieć z tym problem. Nam to nie przeszkadzało

Очень хороший отель, нам всё очень понравилось! Прекрасное расположение — удобно до подъемника, а также всего около 4 км до зоны катания Фисс–Ладис–Серфаус. В отеле отличная зона релакса: очень крутая сауна, баня и хамам — всё бесплатно, что является большим плюсом. Есть удобная сушка для лыж и ботинок. Номера просторные, чистые и уютные, регулярно меняют постельное бельё. Всё продумано для комфортного отдыха. Отдельно хочется отметить приветливых и заботливых хозяев. В этом же здании находится магазин, пекарня и магазин спортивной одежды — очень удобно. Было невероятно приятно, что для ребёнка подарили сладости, а при выезде нас порадовали бутылочкой шампанского. С большим удовольствием приехал бы сюда снова. Огромный респект за тёплое гостеприимство! 🍾⛷️

Просили отменить поездку тк заболели , но к сожалению не пошли на уступки но я их понимаю тк это их деньги .

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, duidelijke uitleg, op de laatste dag langskomen om afscheid te nemen, nette kamers, mooie locatie, heeeerlijke sauna, recht boven supermarkt, recht naast goed restaurant, daarnaast ski-verhuur met 10% korting van het hotel. Alles helemaal top!

Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub – absolute Empfehlung! Unser Aufenthalt war einfach außergewöhnlich. Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal – alles ist schnell und bequem erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben sind jedoch die Hausbesitzer (Familie Raich): unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und mit einer beeindruckenden Kundenorientierung. Man spürt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird – unser Wohl lag ihnen sichtbar am Herzen. Das Apartment selbst war hervorragend ausgestattet und auf absolut erstklassigem Niveau. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Kombination aus Komfort, Lage und dieser besonderen Gastfreundschaft macht diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wszystko było jak należy. Apartament godny polecenia. Przesympatyczna właścicielka i cudowna strefa saun. Prezent w postaci butelki wina ostatniej nocy mówi sam za siebie.
