The location is excellent — everything is right around you! We didn’t use public transport at all. Kraków is not a big city, and the city centre is within walking distance. Pretty much everything worth seeing is easily accessible on foot. If you want to visit Auschwitz, Schindler’s Factory or the Wieliczka Salt Mine, then you will need some form of transport.

There are basic kitchen utensils, but it is impossible to prepare a meal with them. There's no dish-drying rack, and we had to dry the dishes on a towel. The bathroom is spacious, but it has room for improvement. There are no shelves, so we had to put all the shampoo bottles and toiletries on the floor. Same with the sink - nowhere to put our toothbrushes. The most annoying problem was the floor - it creaks terribly. There is no way to get to the bathroom early in the morning without waking everyone up. The bathroom door also creaks loudly, and it doesn't close properly. It needs force if you want to shut it. We were provided with only one towel per person, which is expected to be used for everything — showering, drying your face, etc.

The location is good, the room is good and big. The building is pretty and old (in a good way). Room also was clean.

The smell is terrible, someone was smoking in room and that smell of cigarettes is permanently there. We are three non-smokers and that was huge disappointment for us. The locker in bathroom isn't working. Also the place is very noisy and even with closed windows we could hear everything from the street.
