Pretty much everything! It was located right by the train station, the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely staying here again the next time I go to Dawlish!
Well, the shower was a little small. That’s about it.

The breakfasts were phenomenal! Hi quality, sausage, bacon, golden yolks, buttered griddled toast!
Room was clean, comfy and a nice big bed.
Kitchenette clean and functional.
The ensuite was tiny! I nearly knocked myself out on the basin just drying my legs and my knees were nearly against the sliding door when sat on the loo..

Location and breakfast.
The noise from the road and trains. The shower/tap water pressure was poor, the bed was small.
