View .HOSTS were lovely genuine helpful accommodating-picked us up at station and drove us back to depart!Location convenient .Breakfast quite nice.she bakes fabulous cookies every day.

From the start of the stay until the end of the stay was excellent.Communication via emails was replied to very quickly ,their knowledge of Dawlish,friendliness and overall experience of the B and B was flawless .The breakfasts were stunning,i had a full English breakfast which was always fabulous,my husband had the Lamas special,salmon,potato rosti 2 poached eggs,mushrooms and spinich,he said it was delicious.A great 2 day break was had. I wish i could have given it 10 stars.
There is nothing to dislike.Older,disabled travelers might find the steep hill nearby problematic but we had no issues

We enjoyed the size of the room, very big bed and large shower. Everything was clean and well laid out. Nice quiet location. Large selection for breakfast including gluten free options.
