Fiona and Rob what fabulous hosts they are! Fiona very helpful with local knowledge and just looking after us brilliantly. Thank you 10/10 Robs breakfasts are great with excellent choices. Thank you 10/10 Dawlish is a pretty place with lots to do and great eating cafes and restaurants. Hope to visit again. Sue and Mike
They say there’s always room for improvement, I'm not so sure you can improve this guest house as it's perfect.

The room is very large and comfortable with a Kingsized bed, a sofa, desk, bedside cabinets and an armchair from which to sit and admire the superb view over the town to the sea. We've stayed in rooms smaller than the attached bath/dressing room. The 'Full English' breakfast was excellent and although I don't usually have black pudding, I really enjoyed the special that's included. A very welcome extra was the delicious home made cookies left in a jar. The free parking was one of the reasons we booked to stay here but we found the whole package to be great value and would certainly stay again the next time we go.
We can't think of anything we didn't like.
