Lammas Park House

We were absolutely thrilled when we were shown our room, it was spacious, luxurious and beautiful sea views to enjoy from the ever so comfortable arm chair by the window, hubby was banned from this and told to use the comfy settee also in this large room. we walked into the bathroom and realised that there was no compromising on luxury and space. The breakfast choice was 5 star quality, the hosts didn’t stick to this tho and accommodated any dietary preferences and requirements. From yoghurts to cereals to large cooked breakfast it was exquisite. Parking is to the front of the property and ample for any size vehicle. This B and B is a short distance from the town centre, though accessed up a small but steep hill, it was manageable by myself who gets out of breath easily. The hosts were so lovely, friendly and welcoming, with nothing being too much trouble. we fully recommend here, even above the few hotels we have stayed at here in Dawlish.

Excellent Breakfast in particular choices of food not found in other B&B we have stayed in. Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating to our requirements as we have mobility issues. Views over the town and beach superb.

The elevated position of the property did present a bit of a challenge to us because of our mobility but it was something we did anticipate when booking the property.

Gorgeous large room with everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and soft, little caddy with tea/coffee fixings and homemade cookies! Beautiful view.
