What a lovely B&B! Perfectly located close to buses and trains, and just a stone’s throw from the beach, this is an ideal base for exploring the area. Ian and Nikki are fabulous hosts—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need: comfortable beds that guarantee a restful night’s sleep, tea and coffee facilities, biscuits, a hairdryer, and a contemporary luxury bathroom that feels like a real treat. It’s the little touches that make the difference here, and everything is presented with care and quality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and friendly stay by the coast.

Stayed at Lyme Bay for a couple of nights whilst visiting relative in Dawlish. Location was perfect for us Railway and Centre of Dawlish only 5 mins walk away.

My room… it was next to the staff room and other facilities… felt excluded from the rest of the hotel
