Great place for a stopover or to explore the region.

Good value for money and we like the location/town. This was our second visit to the same hotel. We could park the motorbike in the back of the hotel, under a roof.

Ordentlich mit sehr gutem Frühstücksbüffet

Das sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet, das Ambiente im Frühstücksraum, das große Zimmer mit großem Bad.

Die patzige Antwort einer Mitarbeiterin auf meine Frage, wie das mit dem Schlüsselsafe/Code funktioniert, (die Besetzung der Rezeption ist außerirdisch). Ich solle halt dann die Schilder lesen. Bei Ankunft war aber dann eine sehr nette Dame am Empfang.

Ganz ok für ne kurze Städte reise

Die Lage im Zentrum war für mich passend. Sehr schön und komfortabel sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt am Eingang. Frühstück ist ok, wenn auch nichts besonderes.

Es ist definitiv zu laut im Haus. Man hört alles vom Flur, jeder der nachts heimkommt weckt einem auf.

Gepflegtes zentrales Hotel in Püttlingen mit gutem Zimmer

Schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit Doppelbett und großem Duschbad. Alles sehr sauber. Im Bad gäbe es einen Fön, Duschgel und ein Kosmetik Kit inkl. Zahnbürste. Gutes Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt.

Nichts, alles hat gepasst.

Die Größe des Zimmers.

Der Blick auf die Straße. Kissen waren viel zu unbequem. TV Sender nicht sortiert. Der Preis pro Nacht ist für Püttlingen ziemlich hoch.

Wochendfrüstückszeiten sind nicht gut Erst ab 8Uhr und dann nur bis 10 Uhr möglich Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht Mussten aber um 8 Uhr ohne Frühstück gehen Eincheckzeiten waren nicht korrekt angegeben Badezimneefugen könnten auch erneuert werden sowie Türrahmen im Bad

Das Hotel / der Service bietet viele kleine nette Extras. Das Frühstückbufett ist reichhaltig im normalen Standart; auf unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse wurde freundlich eingegangen.

Eine zusätzliche bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit hätte das Zimmer aufgewertet.

Top Service und Freundlichkeit, Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker.

WLan muss man der Rezeption erfragen, zwar Kostenlos aber der Weg dann nochmal zur Anmeldung war mir dann zu umständlich. Das ist das einzige was man vielleicht optimieren kann.

Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Das Bad ansprechend und sauber. Gutes Frühstück mit einer sehr guten Kaffeemaschine! Schöner frühstücksraum. Freundliches personal

Leider ein Reinfall

Das Personal war lediglich am Anreisetag und morgens am zweiten Tag da. Das Zimmer wurde nicht zwischen gereinigt, es gab keine frischen Handtücher und auch keine Ansprechpartner weder vor Ort noch telefonisch (es gab eine Notfall Telefonnummer, jedoch sah ich diese Kritikpunkte nicht als Notfall an). Es war unfassbar staubig, es wurde nur dort Staub gewischt an den Orten an die man heran kam. Vom Schrank rieselte der Taub herunter und wurde von einer dicken Staubschicht geschützt. Zum Check-out war auch niemand da. Nach 3 Stunden ist dem Angestellten aufgefallen, dass wir die Schlüssel am Tresen hinterlegt hatten. Man sicherte mir zu, dass man sich um die Beschwerde kümmern würde, jedoch bekam ich bislang keinen Rückruf. Im Zimmer meines Freundes fiel einer der beiden Stühle schon auseinander.
