About this house rental
With 7 spread-out bedrooms, our house is perfect for multiple families and big groups. The rooms are all quite spread out, offering much opportunity for privacy, especially in the two large master bedrooms that are located on a second level. Inside offers many spaces to gather with many windows for natural light. The location of the house offers the best of all worlds - situated on one of the narrowest parts of the island, it is directly on a lagoon for instant bay access (great sunset views!), yet just a short walk across the street is also the beach. Just a short 5-minute walk (or 2 minute drive - literally just across the street!) you are at the public beach access for Loveladies. The house comes with a parking pass for the public beach access as well as seasonal beach tags for use. Or, when you need a break from the sand, enjoy the fantastic outside space the house has to offer, including an in-ground pool, several lounge chairs, dining table, grill and dock.
Loveladies is a very small town on Long Beach Island. Our house is just one mile from the start of Harvey Cedars town - where you can find small coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, bars, and ice cream. A short drive in the other direction and you will arrive at Barnegat Light, which is the end of the LBI island and also home to many delicious places to eat.

The house was the perfect size for our family. So spacious inside and out. Loved the extra fridge, that both bath and beach towels and linens were provided much less to pack. Loree was always available to answer any question that we had. It was truly wonderful in every way. Thanks Loree

Great house on the bay side of Loveladies. Easy access to beach and right on waterfront. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, utensils. Plenty of space for our 3 families with kids ranging from 2 to 16 years old. Amazing memories made over a fun weekend.

We traveled to LBI for our son’s weekend wedding at the Barnegat Lighthouse and the LBI Foundation for Arts and Sciences. I chose Loree’s house for its wide open common areas that could accommodate a large family coming together and catching up . From it’s wide-open kitchen to living room to the 3 season porch out to the beautiful deck overlooking a lagoon, it gave us plenty of common space.
The house was amazingly well-stocked. From cooking utensils to pantry items, from towels to toiletries, and from bikes to basketballs, this house has it all. As my husband said when we arrived, it’s stocked better than a hotel room. The 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are spread out into three separate wings so everyone has their own space. Every area of the house is furnished with beach-appropriate furniture; nice without being too fussy.
From the moment we stepped in to Loree’s Lagoon house, we felt comfortable and welcomed. Our three-day wedding weekend getaway was perfect, due in large part to our ability to navigate Loveladies and Barnegat Light with ease from our great location and amazing house. Throughout the booking process and our stay, Loree was a fantastic host. She was responsive and attentive to her needs and answered any questions we had quickly. Everyone of our family members who stopped by during our wedding weekend commented on what a great house it was and how it really lent it self to a comfortable and memorable family vacation.
