We enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

Felt like our own place. Secure yard. Nice pool. Breakfast delivered was nice. Thermos at yard door each morning was nice. We like the open to elements shower. Very few mozzies (in rainy season).

Brilliant hidden gem in the hustle bustle of Ubud

We had a wonderful five days of peace and quiet among the hooting owls, croaking toads and occasional fluttering bats by the side of our bubbling brooky swimming pool. It was so peaceful and I would love to come back for a longer time. Plus the location is excellent. We were here in the off season. We loved the good natured and accommodating staff who took care of our problems right from the first minute to the end with prompt service and speedy resolutions. The breakfasts and hospitality was excellent and the entire staff is ceaselessly cleaning and maintaining the huge property. The towels and linen are clean, fresh, and changed everyday. The kitchens are well stocked with utensils and plates if someone wants to cook. Some of the villas have a filter with automatic hot and cold water otherwise the staff supplies a huge thermos of hot water every morning. Please give the entire staff a raise, they are awesome!! Our flight was preponed last minute and the whole staff from the cooks to the managers put in a huge effort to get us on the road within 45 minutes. It was epic. There are epic views of the fields from Bali Breeze and it has an awesome balcony on the first floor. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa and we'd strongly recommend it.

The staff had to make last minute adjustments to help us because the advertising of the villas isn't clear. Please check with the staff when you make your booking eg about the number of bathrooms available. The staff is so accommodating and responds immediately to queries thru the booking app. Although the bedding is super clean, the mattresses and sofas are old and probably dusty because they set off allergies in our group. They probably should be changed at some point soon! People with mobility issues might have trouble as there are plenty of steps up and down to make it to the villa, like most of Bali. And even in the villas, there is a step up into the courtyard etc, and there are a couple of steps down into the bathrooms. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The bungalows are perfect. Such incredible value for money. The pool was beautiful, the bed very comfortable and the shower was also great! Breakfast was beautiful and there were so many Warungs and Eating places within walking distance. A Mini Mart was directly opposite.

A little piece of Heaven!

It is so private and quiet. The situation is great and close to everything.The staff are lovely and go out of their way to help. Been coming here for 50 yrs speaks for its self. We miss Ketut but wish his family well with this accomodation

Nothing except a little maintenance needs doing. Ceiling fans need changing and some concrete around the pool needs patching. Be an idea to have a couple of beers and soft drinks in the fridge to purchase and replace each day. Overall it is great.

The Pool and the beautiful people who helped us every day with anything we needed :) The space was huge so kids had a lot of space to run around

It’s great to stay here worth for money

I like the room with pool facilities and the pool was very clean but the toilets smell was bad .I don’t think they have cleaned the toilets during our 5day stay as toilets looks clean but smells urinal .Otherwise the property was great with great customer service.

Central location with a private patio and pool. Loved the stay.

The staff are awesome. Friendly and welcoming. Loved the private pool with a view out over rice fields. Easy walk to the main Ubud attractions. No traffic noise.

Excellent value

Beautiful surroundings, so peaceful yet close to the road. Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. Lots of character to the property, but somewhat shabby in parts. Staff were very friendly and delivered a tasty breakfast each day. Good location to the south of Ubud so avoids the worst of the traffic in the centre when heading out. Excellent value

Nothing really, not much inside seating space as 3rd bedroom is also the sitting room Worth noting the pavements outside the property are quite poorly maintained and the road is busy but once through the entrance it's a quiet oasis.

Own pool. Great location. ATM directly opposite by the petrol station. Driver available per car or scooter. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast could have been a bit more varied but with so many cafes & restaurants nearby it didn’t matter. Front Bungalow a bit more noisy due to proximity of very busy road.

Home away from home

Loved the Bambo house and the friendly staff. Wayan made us feel very comfortable and welcome. There were shops and cafes nearby which was convenient. We would stay there again.

There was a problem with the electricity but Wayan was very helpful and allowed us to stay in another house until it was fixed.

Chill place next to the central

A great apartman in the central of Ubud. We spent here with family 6nights. However it is near to a loud road, it is a silent place. You can reach the central on foot and there are a lot of restaurant,shops around. The apartman had privat pool .The breakfast was great,kids liked the banana pancake the most.

never expected this good at this price. beautiful private pool with plenty of sunlights. perfect for morning sunbathing. ive been traveled Ubud in Bali over 6 times so i know this is great value for money if you’re looking for a decent quiet place in the middle of main street. the room was spacious. can’t say it’s spotless as it’s kinda old but very well maintained. the kitchen was well equipped and they offer a few bottles of water and hot water in a thermo which is really nice and helpful. the people working there are all super friendly and really helpful! location is the best!! yet very quiet.

it can’t hide its age. things are worn out a bit, especially fabrics. the bed linens doesn’t smell fresh and there were lots of short hairs on pillows (definitely not mine) on the first night i arrived. lots of centipede around 😣 water pressure in the shower is very very weak.

Bali Breeze is reliably great every time we stay….and we’ve been staying there since 2014.

We love Bali Breeze. The accommodation is unique and comfortable, the property is just lovely. It’s great to have private bungalows with a private pool. We stay at Bali Breeze each time we come to Ubud because we love it. There has been a lot of development close by since we last stayed. There are now so many more facilities really close to Bali Breeze. It is great. The staff of Bali Breeze are some of the most loveliest people we’ve met. They’re happy, accommodating and just generally lovely people.

We like everything about the property, including the beautiful bird life, abundant geckos, cute toads and pretty millipedes.

Amazing, private and serene

Breakfast was amazing. We had the banana pancakes almost every day. Location was beautiful. Very private and overlooking the rice fields.

Comfortable and peaceful with a pretty view.

A bit of a distance to walk to and fro the centre of Ubud (Ubud market/palace), but easy to get transport for a short ride over. Insects, creepy crawlies, but we are close to nature after all.

Very uncomfortable Beds. Squicking doors and floor. Bed room didn't have enough lights. Shared Bathroom door wouldn't close and no locks. One of the bedroom didn't have air conditioning.

+ the staff were very nice, they cleaned our villa every day, and prepared delicious breakfast + the pool and view from the terrace + drinking water provided + power sockets everywhere:) + just across the street there’s a petrol station and various food stands and warungs with cheap and delicious meals (bakso, sate, ayam goreng…)

- there is a bump at the entrance from the main road, so be very careful when you come in with a rental car (like we did)

Amazing as always!

As always this property is incredibly amazing! This is the second time we’re staying at this property and their owner & staff are always so welcoming & helpful. The property is located in an amazing location with everything being walking distance from you. We will be back again for sure!!!

The property is in need of some TLC and the owner is very well aware of it. He’s chipping away at it one step at a time and I’m sure we will return back to an even better “Bali Breeze”!
