Home away from home

We love the cosy atmosphere and breakfast was definitely fantastic. I love the selection of cereal / muesli / granolas, freshly baked cakes, fresh fruits etc. Michela and Valentina were very helpful with what we needed. The place was absolutely clean and it was really safe too. I love that there is bus nearby which we could take to the towns. I am already missing the place now.

Amazing stay! We will be coming back!

The facilities were perfect for us traveling with our toddler. The garden, playground and inside play area were perfect! The staff was very friendly and attentive, our daughter even got a present from them! I had booked a room for 3 people and we actually got an apartment with a little kitchen and fridge which made our life much easier since going out for dinner can be stressful with a toddler! We had the best time, thank you!

The third bed was not very confi,but it didn't bother us since we all slept in the big bed together

Welcoming, friendly and enjoyable stay

We just stayed one night but they allowed us to leave our car and use the facilities for both days. The staff were extremely helpful and informative about things to do in the area. The hotel was not on the lake front but we wanted somewhere quite, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. They gave us bikes which we used to get around Riva. There was a lovely pool and garden but we didnt get change to use this. The breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return.

Lovely and comfortable!

The hostess is just lovely! She will make sure all your needs are met. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast has a great variety. The swimming pool and garden are also very nice. We will definitely come back some other time. Good price for quality.

The hotel is located next to a busy road, which you can hear while sitting in the garden/on your balcony. It didn’t bothered us with sleeping at all though.

SUPER WELCOMING - Go Go Go Again and Again.

3 Generations (Mama Michel’s, daughters Nicole & Valentina, and sometime nonna) run things with a perfect balance of attention to detail, personal thoughtfulness, cheerful kindness, and a relaxed “OK, no problem” attitude. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The pool very welcoming on hot days (it reached 36C during our stay) — very popular, it seemed, with Italians, Germans, and Central Europeans.

Great Ground to relax for you and your Kids.

The Location ist perfectly equipped If you come with Kids. They Do Not only have a playroom with plenty of Toys but also a Lot of Outdoor Toys and a Sandbox The breakfast ist fabolous. Daily changing, fresh cakes, meat, fruits, yoghourt eggs ... And so on. Loved ist. Pool ist very nice and plenty of umbrellas. Staff ist also great. WE will Be Back. Bikes can be stored savely.

If your rooms faces the Road you have to keep your Windows shut in the night. Then it is quite ok and there ist an aircon. Small fridge in the rooms would Be nice, but there is a Common fridge which can Be used.

I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was nice, very clean with beautiful backyard and pool. Breakfast was very good- lots of choices- scrambled eggs, ham, salami, cheese, pastry, jam, muesli, fruits. Host was very nice.

Spent two days here, the second day Wi-Fi was not working properly in my room. There was good signal on the hallway, but not in the room, unfortunatelly. But it could have been just temporary problem. The other think I was little bit concerned about, was noise comming out of the street. Hotel was located by the road with quite heavy traffic.

Ontbijt was top! Personeel heel vriendelijk en klantgericht. We hadden fijn groot balkon - studio/kamer was zoals geboekt; oke Fijn bed! Gratis parkeren bij accommodatie

Op de kamer was één echte stoel om lekker te zitten; een tweede stoel was wellicht wel lekker geweest

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Sehr sauber, tolles Frühstücksbuffet und eine ganz liebe Besitzerin, die viele tolle Tips für Ausflüge gibt! Wie andere schon geschrieben haben, liegt die Agritur an einer viel befahrenen Straße, aber die Fenster schließen so gut, dass man davon kaum etwas hört! Zusätzlich werden Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung gestellt! Für heiße Tage hat das Zimmer auch eine Klimaanlage! Der Balkon hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge und Weinberge!

Perfezione, modernità, relax, disponibilità e qualità

Praticamente tutto, stanze moderne, giardino ben curato e anche giochi per bambini, piscina, sopratutto la colazione stra fornita e sopratutto con frutti fresca, la doccia, la proprietaria, l’angolo animali, il bollitore in stanza e le mele durante il giorno disponibili per gli ospiti, Wi-Fi funzionante, camera spaziosa e completa anche di frigo, cassaforte e gadget.

Probabilmente solo la mia stanza perché dava sulla strada principale che c’era traffico non potevamo tenere la finestra aperta perché rumorosa. Ma con il clima acceso e finestre chiuse problema risolto. E la mattina direi al personale come consiglio di parlare più piano sulle dalle 07 alle 08 perché dalla camera del primo piano purtroppo si è sentito molto bene.

Un luogo accogliente e armonioso dove Michela ti fa sentire coccolato e in pace

Un ambiente molto accogliente, dove la gentilezza e la disponibilità sono al primo posto. Le camere sono completamente ristrutturate e arredate in maniera confortevole; il banco colazione è il punto forte, ricco e vario con ogni opzione sia da bere che da mangiare. Vicino alla sala colazione è presente un’area svago dove ci sono giochi per bambini, libri e un angolo a disposizione tutto il giorno in cui è possibile leggere comodamente. Inoltre adiacente alla piscina, c’è un meleto meraviglioso dove si trovano anche alcuni animali (per i bambini un vero spasso).

Michela und Ihr Team haben unseren Urlaub zu einem schönen und entspannten Erlebnis gemacht!!! Alle im Haus sind so freundlich und stets bemüht !!! Unser Hund war herzlich willkommen !! Die ganze Anlage sowie die Zimmer sind tip top sauber! Das Frühstück super lecker und lässt keine Wünsche offen! War etwas aus wurde sofort wieder nachgefüllt, jeden Tag gab es frisches Obst!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder kommen!!!

Le petit-déjeuner super bon, varié, chacun trouve qq chose de bon. Un très bon café. Et des pommes du jardin à s'en servir 🤗très bonne idée mais surtout très bonnes pommes. Michela, la propriétaire, d'une gentillesse, domange qu'elle ne parle pas très bien l'anglais (elle le dit elle meme).

Un posto incantevole! Tornerò senza dubbio.

Bici gratuite a disposizione degli ospiti, colazione e camera confortevole. La gentilezza della proprietaria che ci ha fornito informazioni preziose per la nostra vacanza e ci ha anche regalato delle ottime mele per il viaggio di ritorno. Era già la seconda volta che soggiornavamo qui e torneremo sicuramente.

Séjour magnifique

Tout était parfait. Le petit déjeuner excellent avec des produits frais. L’emplacement magnifique au milieu des vignes. La chambre était superbe. Et Michela vraiment très aimable et chaleureuse. Nous reviendrons.

Familiäre Herzlichkeit am Gardasee

Das Agritur wird familiär geführt von der bezaubernden Michela. Der Empfang ist herzlich, die Zimmer pikobello sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig mit viel Obst und Rührei von den eigenen Hühnern. Es gibt einen wunderbaren sauberen Pool mit Liegen im schönen Garten.

Empfehlenswert - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und hatte eine "Dachterrasse" und einen Balkon. Im Zimmer war ein kleiner Kühlschrank und ein Wasserkocher. Das Bad war groß, hatte eine eher kleine Dusche, aber für uns voll ausreichend. Es gab einen Föhn, Duschartikel und Ohrenstöpsel. Letztere haben wir nicht gebraucht, da unser Zimmer die Balkone nicht zur Straße raus hatte und der Verkehrslärm auch gegen Abend nachließ. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos, über den Pool kann ich leider nichts sagen, wir haben ihn nicht genutzt. Besonders muss man das sehr umfangreiche Frühstück erwähnen! Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt! Da wir viel per Fahrrad unterwegs waren, fanden wir die Lage in Arco toll. Es sind knapp 3,5 km nach Riva an den Strand.

Den Safe sollte man befestigen, sonst ist er sinnlos 😉 Die Zimmertüren sind sehr hellhörig. Aber da es im Haus meistens sehr ruhig war, war das kein großes Problem (im Notfall wären die Ohrstöpsel vorhanden gewesen)

Voor ons was de ligging prima, we hadden onze fietsen mee, maar ligt aan een drukkere straat en kan misschien voor sommigen wat ver van restaurants en winkels liggen.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub mit sportlichen Aktivitäten mit dem Mountainbike und Entspannung am Pool.

Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Produkten. Ruhiger Garten mit Pool. Sehr herzliche und bemühte Vermieterin. Das Haus liegt zwischen Arco und Riva. Ca. 2,5 km von Riva entfernt.

Wir waren sich nicht das letzte Mal dort

Kleine familiäre Unterkunft, sehr freundlich u. zuvorkommend. Haben bei Ankunft noch ein Frühstück bekommen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Alles vorhanden, über Obst, Wurst, Käse u. selbstgemachten Kuchen usw. Wir konnten das Auto am Abreisetag ohne Probleme stehen lassen. Sogar ein abgesperrter Raum für die Räder stand zur Verfügung. Alles tipptopp sauber.

Unser Zimmer ging direkt zur Straße, aber es sind Schallschutzfenster vorhanden u. damit kann man für Ruhe sorgen.
