Good location, convenient access to public transport, large spacious room
Guests aren't given free parking in the garage even though there's plenty of space. On top of that, guests must go to reception every time we want to go out anywhere, to pay for parking and have the gate in the garage open. This is a big hassle and extra expense when most hotels offer free parking for guests. There was no light in my bedroom, and I had to request for it to be fixed. And the ceiling outside my room was leaking quite a bit. Staff just left water sitting on the floor in the hallway, posing a safety hazard.
