Urban Rooms-- Free parking--

The location of the room is really good just walking distance to the center. The security of the building was very high and we were comfortable leaving our car which is provided for free as a part of the room. The room it self was clean and had all the basic things that we needed for our stay. Be advised it is on a first floor and no elevator. The best part was dealing with Ales who was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and he was kind enough to let us check in early. He responded quickly and try to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to him

The only advice I will give is to have bigger bed covers and extra pillows

Light and airy room, comfortable bed and good shower. Handy for walking into town - 1-1.5km away. Self checkin was easy enough (although we had to enter the code in 3 different locations before getting the key to our room). Secure parking was appreciated for such a central location. WiFi and aircon worked well.

We didn’t engage with any staff as all communication was automated. The room was clean but not spotless and there was no housekeeping throughout our 3 night stay. The communal main entrance and stairs were not well kept. There was a fridge, kettle, 2 cups and 2 teaspoons so enough to make a hot drink but no more - despite space in the room to have a kitchenette facility. Nothing was a show stopper though, we enjoyed our stay.

I liked the location and that it was quiet.

You are getting only one towel for your body and an extra tiny one for face, so if you are a woman there is no towel for the hair. There are seveal things not stated in the webpage: they enter the room every 2 days to just give you clean towels (no cleaning of the room for the full 5 nights I was there), they dont provide 2nd toilet paper so if it finishes in the night and they are not coming next day there is no toilet paper (so I had to buy paper!). The cleaning state of the room is just basic. Spider webs everywhere and under the bed is full of dust. I booked it because I thought its kind of a small hotel amd there is a reception, but I never saw anyone there, so its something like an Airbnb with just more rooms.
