    Convenient location, walk in distance to train/bus station and city centre. Variety delicious breakfast buffet opening at 6:30. clean room and comfortable bed, I got same price comparing with the 3 star hotel, strongly recommend.

    The AC in our room wasn’t working, making it uncomfortably hot. Upon complaining, the repairman briefly inspected it and insisted it was fine. Only after three days, when we escalated the issue, did he check properly and discover that the vent setting was in fact incorrect. When we informed him that it was quite hot in the room, he remarked, “Isn’t it generally hot in India?” implying that Indians shouldn’t be complaining about the heat which was offensive and unprofessional. A staff member was present and did nothing to stop it. On two separate occasions, both these staff members tried to enter our room to fix the AC issue, using a master key after knocking without even waiting for us to open the door — once as late as around 10 pm, making us feel a little unsafe. Apart from this we didn't face any issues during our stay. We would also like to thank *** from the staff, who not only listened to our concerns but also promptly resolved them. She was kind and helpful during the remainder of our stay.
