They were absolutely amazing!!! I had booked with them after arriving at another hotel(which had been horrible) and so I changed to Exe Lev and it was a night and day difference in experience! They were so kind, hospitable, and helpful! The rooms were clean and beautiful!

Comfortable bed, great view, delicious breakfast, great location and nice staff. The condition of the hotel is not at its peak, but overall very good.

Very convenient location. Our room on the 10th floor was very nice and quiet and had a view of downtown and the castle. The staff were all very nice and helpful. And the breakfast buffet abundant. The elevators were slow, however. Overall we would recommend this hotel, especially also since the room rate was reasonable.
