A Night of Torture Due to Extremely Loud Noise – No Sleep, No Solution

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel turned into a truly distressing and exhausting experience. Throughout the night, there was an extremely loud, constant humming/zooming noise inside my room. The sound was so intense that it caused severe headache, nausea, trembling, and complete nervous system overload. I did not sleep at all. Only between approximately 4:00 and 6:00 a.m. the noise stopped briefly, but then it started again. This was not a minor disturbance — it felt like physical torture. Especially after a long sauna day in Aachen, when rest and recovery were essential, this was devastating. I contacted the reception several times during the night asking for a solution. Unfortunately, they informed me that no other rooms were available and that they were unable to help find another hotel in the middle of the night. I was left without any real support or alternative. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I have never experienced such extreme noise and its impact on my health and nervous system. A hotel room should provide rest and safety — this room did the opposite. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values sleep, peace, or basic comfort.

Self check-in very easy and protected car parking. Nice room and big shower-room all very clean. Good mattress.

Cafe from vending machine is not to be recommended. Bad quality. Although self check-in through machine very easy and convenient, a place with no personal at all feels like a lost place; it’s missing soul.

Freshly decorated modern room that was a comfortable size and of a good standard. Location was functional with secure parking and a small choice of eating places. Offered good value for money.

Electronic self registration at the property was functional but not knowing the area or where the secure parking was caused a hindrance. Finding a nice restaurant opposite and a bakery in the morning made up for lack of on site facilities.

Fresh, clean, bright modern up to date brand new power shower, and toilet, washroom, bedroom and reception. Perfect mini bar. Water, wines, ect. Fresh hygienically clean modern carpets. Free parking 24 hours, safe and secure, CCTV and gated. Breakfast available at cafe downstairs. No time restrictions for breakfast. Very relaxing. Cinema, restaurant, park and transport links all within easy access and close proximity, yet not intrusive, very well placed and modern. High 4 star standard concierge service. Warm professional friendly welcome.

The bed, ambiance of the room and the shower are fabulous. The staff lady is also very friendly and can communicate in English to answer all questions. I’d definitely like to have a stay here again.

Nice rooms and good location.

+ Room was clean and comfortable. + Some water and some wine in the room to enjoy. + Comfortable bed. + Quiet sleeping. + Clean and spacious bathroom.

- Hotel needs a larger sign. Easy to miss and took a couple of looks. - Reception was not staff and had to wait >15 minutes for someone to show up and let me in as well as another guest. This is not good regardless of the apologies. - No Breakfast available.

Brand new and great

They just opened so I had a little hard time finding the location as they are waiting on their sign. The staff were so friendly and helped out way beyond. Highly recommend. Great restaurants and Cineplex across the street. Bakery also around the corner. Once you arrive you have everything at your disposal. Will stay here again.

An excellent night in a bed with new mattresses. Check in was efficient and the owner very friendly and helpful. Free parking in a locked car park was a bonus. Close to the city yet very quiet. A few good restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this hotel.

Literie très confortable, dame très sympathique à l’accueil qui n’a pas hésité à se déplacer pour nous montrer le parking, parking gratuit, à proximité de tous commerces

Insonorisation pas au top, il faudrait 2 oreillers supplémentaires dans la garde robe, il faisait très froid quand on est arrivé dans la chambre, odeur d’égout dans l’hôtel, personne pour faire notre check out donc nous avons dû laisser les clés là où on pensait

Hele vriendelijke man die we spraken tijdens ons verblijf. Prima bedden, schoon en fijne douche. En heel grappig dat je drinken kan pakken in de koelkast bij de balie. Gratis. En wil je meer dan 1 drankje, kan je geld in het spaarvarkentje doen. Hoeveel bepaal je zelf. Wat het je waard is…

Eén ding; het licht in de badkamer is echt vreselijk. Zo fel en wit… Maar dat is het dan ook wel..;-)

Hervorragendes Bett, großzügiges Zimmer, großes Bad. Alles in top Zustand und sehr sauber. Parkdeck etwas schwierig zu finden bei ersten Mal, aber per Telefon gelotst und das hat hervorragend geklappt.
