A fully renovated (Feb 2018) 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment (open space concept) by Tirana's oldest and historic, central market area ("Pazari i Ri"). It features a living room/kitchen area, bedroom, bath and balcony overlooking one of the 2 main streets connecting to the central market.
Located a quick 7 minute walk from Tirana's municipality & Skanderbeg Square.
The space
The apartment is a spacious, and very luminous space of about 60 square meters in surface (roughly 650 square feet) consisting of a living room/kitchen open space area, 1 bedroom, 1 bath & balcony.
It can accommodate comfortably up to 3 guests: ideal for a couple.
It is on the 5th floor of a professionally managed building, equipped with an elevator. From the balcony you can enjoy view of the Main Street heading to the market as well as a spectacular view of the Dajti mountain (east of city).

Excellent location. Extremely helpful host.
Very comfortable, especially the bed. It was the most comfortable mattress we've had out of the three short term rentals we've stayed in! The sheets were so soft! And, the covers fit the bed. We've experienced covers being too small. We had everything we needed!
