The access to the natural pools of Saturnia is a big plus.

Access to the Saturnia waters, robes were greatly needed but should be included not extra charge
Rooms are large, views were lovely, secure gated parking. lovely breakfast, staff/owners very friendly
Paying for robes and towels for Saturnia should be included in room charge. Not having coffee available in room
Would have been amazing if there were evening activites out on the lovely lawn for sunset drinks, a firepit type atmosphere would have made it over the top. wine and a fire after a day at the waters would be over the top memories
Nothing gratuity in the room, everything had a price with it. For the nightly rate some things should be included
