Then I was allowed to have a parking spot and it was really close to getting on the slopes to go skiing

That the skiing boot lockers was really complicated so we didn’t even use them. Changed at the car and then went to the slopes. Awful what TF!!

Breakfast omellettes or egg options were very small. Seemed like one egg for each guest. Breakfast could be better. Dinner had tongue, which was not appealing to most in our group.

Hotel Gemma is very comfortable and I would recommend it to everyone.

Hotel Gemma is a great value when you consider having use of the saunas and pool. We took advantage of having our dinners at the hotel. The meals were excellent with great presentation. The bar and lounge are comfortable with a beautiful view of the valley. Peter and Rita are very friendly and made our stay memorable.

Skiing at Gemma

The ability to ski in and out was great and cake after skiing very welcome. We had half board and dinner was excellent.

The adult theme is a bit old and too quiet for my taste. When we arrived the owner seemed quite stressed.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Abendessen war vom feinsten. Die Köche hatten viel Fantasie. Sauna und Ruheraum sehr schön.

In meinem Einzelzimmer waren die Möbel etwas abgewohnt.

Es gab viel Gutes aber auch Enttäuschendes!

Sehr gutes Frühstück, wunderbare Küche am Abend! Servicepersonal ist ausgesprochen freundlich ob jetzt am Abend oder beim Frühstück! Schöner Wellnessbereich, tolle Sauna, Handtücher, Tee, Liegen alles was man braucht um zu entspannen!

Das Gastgeberpaar, insbesondere der Chef des Hauses, wirkt angestrengt, fast schon genervt! Die Begrüßung kam eher einer Schulstunde gleich, jede Antwort eine Belehrung! Im Badezimmer hängt ein Hinweis darauf, dass das Zimmer am Tag nach der Anreise „NOCH SAUBER“ ist und deshalb nicht gereinigt wird (siehe Foto). Schön, dass bereits bekannt ist, wie das Zimmer nach einem Tag aussieht!

Super Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich stets bemüht. Lage sehr gut. Alles gut zu erreichen. Bus und Bergbahn mit in der Gästekarte.Alles sehr gut. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Gepflegtes Hotel an ruhiger Lage, mit der Gästekarte unlimited Bahn und Busfahren

Sehr freundliche Chefin, hat im Speisesaal alle Gäste hervorragend bedient. Das Essen am Abend war Spitze und das Buffet am Morgen war reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel

Schönes Hotel mit hervorragender Küche

Sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute, kreative und moderne - auch vegetarische Küche. Das Menü am Abend war definitiv immer wieder ein Highlight. Wunderbare Salate vom Buffet. Schwimmbad war auch groß genug, um darin schön Schwimmen zu können. Sehr leckere Brötchen und Brote zum Frühstück. Zu den Osterfeiertagen gab es Sekt und besondere Deko zum Frühstück und einen Schokohasen. Alles war schön hergerichtet. Das Radio im Bad fand ich super! Auch die Kuchen, die es zur Jause gab, waren sehr lecker. Bequeme Betten, ich habe gut geschlafen.

Die Liegen im Sauna-Ruheraum waren leider nicht so bequem. Hier wären Liegen schön, bei denen man die Beine hochlegen kann - die "klassischen" Saunaliegen. Beim Frühstück wäre ein bisschen mehr Auswahl bzw. eher Abwechslung schön gewesen: Also z.B. mal ein vegetarischer Aufstrich wie Hummus oder ein Frischkäse, einfach eine Alternative. Und gerne mehr Gemüsesticks/ mehr Frisches zum Frühstück. Und mehr Nüsse für das Müsli.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Wir sind rundum begeistert. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und hatten jede Menge Stauraum, sodass man seine Sachen bequem unterbringen konnte. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, die Servicekräfte freundlich und aufmerksam, den Gästen zugewandt. Beim Abendessen konnte man zwischen drei Hauptgängen auswählen. Jede Mahlzeit war nicht nur äußerst delikat, sondern auch ein ästhetisches Highlight! In der Sauna konnte man wunderbar entspannen! Danke für drei wunderbare Tage!!!
