Very welcoming and friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Nyon, convenient for both the station and lake. The room was large, clean and beds comfortable. Basic but adequate en-suite shower and toilet. A good choice available at breakfast, cereal, fruit, cheese etc and lovely fresh bread and croissants. We ate twice in the restaurant, a set menu is offered that changes daily. The restaurant is popular with non residents at lunch time and evenings, this says a lot. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

I liked the place and service a lot: stuff- friendly and helpful, attitude- super, clearness- clean rooms, the cleaning is made every day, making my bed and putting fresh towels, very well noise isolated and quiet, breakfast- excellent with big variety, for everyone and for every taste, croissants - super, coffee - strong and well done and I was offered a free refill. For those who would like to taste a real gourmet and get a touch of really good "swiss cousine with a french twist" I also highly recommend the restaurant itself as I had 4 dinners- you have a variety of choice in menu, high quality food, entrecote was just super and you can also have a set menu from the chef (every day different!) where for the reasonable price you can have a salad, hot meal with meat and a fancy dessert, also recommend the local wines and draft beer there. I also noticed that many local people came to the restaurant for dinner and talks which is a sign of quality, service and popularity of the place. The hotel and restaurant are in the old building well restored but keeping the spirit of the old times with the unique atmosphere which adds a charm to your stay.

This is a lovely historic hotel right in the centre of Nyon’s old town. It is tranquil and comfortable, with very welcoming and friendly staff. The excellent hotel restaurant is very popular with the local residents - always a good sign - and serves a varied menu of Swiss cuisine.

It was surprisingly good. Of course, everything in the room was dated, but clean and functional. Shower worked well and was easy to get the right temperature from the start. Breakfast options on the slim side but tasty and good quality bread was available.

This hotel is antique XVI century mansion and a real treasure in a very heart of amazing beautiful Nyon town just 15 min away from Geneva by train. And with excellent swimming beach near by the lake Leman. The owner of hotel and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good. Nyon is a true discovery with gorgeous decorative plants around Roman Castle all over the hill with a splendor view to Leman lake. Easy ferry boats from Nyon across the lake. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!
