Good place for a short stay

Yes. It is a great place for a short stay. Mathieu has been so lovely with us and our parents. He is the reason I am leaving a good review. He has brightened our stay by his positive and welcoming attitude. The only negative experience we had is that we couldn’t get an extra duvet. Having felt cold on the first night, I asked a duvet for the second night and I was declined it by a lady at the reception. The way she said no and explained that there was no extra duvet to spare was quite abrupt and unfriendly, which surprised my partner and I. So, I had to sleep with my partner’s jacket on, which wasn’t very comfortable. Apart from that hiatus, it’s a great place to stay. Especially if you get to be helped by Mathieu.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. One nice eatery nearby, also a fast food noodle bar and a pizza place.

Impossible to chromecast or HDMI connect to the room TV. TV capable but functions disabled.

Easy to find, large bed for our daughter, good breakfast.

We were given an accessible room. But the shower/bathroom was a catastrophy. Water and soap everywhere as the drain is not large and low enough.

Cooked breakfast was cold due to the heater not heating properly

Breakfast staff were not helpful when told the hot food was cold. Bad attitude. Night staff very friendly and helpful.
