Nice modern clean and comfortable

Consistently good. Close to train station. Spacious room. Comfortable bed and linen.

The “breakfast bag” is a good concept but I missed the deadline for ordering by half an hour because I didn’t know about it. No alternative. On booking, I received too many email messages from the hotel (8!)

Location just 2 minutes from train station. Easy check-in. We had an event to go to and they allowed us to check in early as wasn't too busy. Comfortable, clean and bright place for our 1 night stay.

The hotel is just next to the Nyon train station and a supermarket. There was a well-equipped kitchen and the room was bright and very clean. It was also nice that the checkout time was 12h.

We booked for 3 people, but there were bed linen and towels only for 2 people when we arrived. We checked in and out during weekend so there were no staffs from the hotel. We could have called them to ask about it, but we did not do that because we luckily had it with us. However, it was a bit disappointing. One also need to make sure to complete the self checkout either online (which I did not manage although I clicked on the link I received from the hotel) or on the tablet at the hotel when the reception is closed.

Great modern and practical hotel close to station

Great location and clean, modern rooms which are well equipped. Also seem to be well sound-proofed as was quiet at night time! We appreciated the late check out time of midday. Merci!

Could have been a bit more spacious for a family of 4? The bathroom is tiny and no bath tub. We were also a bit disappointed that no children’s bikes were on offer to hire - despite cycling being a big part of the hotel’s branding - and this wasn’t communicated in advance.

The staff was friendly and helpful.(Isabel was excellent). Kitchen very well equipped.

The mattress was too soft, The particular room we had was a bit noisy(traffic) only when window opend.

Fantastic stay.

Loved our stay at Base Nyon. The room was large, very clean and had a good view of the lake. Check in/check out was quick. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and on top of a good Italian restaurant.

No milk in the room for coffee/tea.

Great location, good rooms that feel more like small apartments than hotel rooms. Nice new linen bedding was comfortable and much appreciated.

I wouldn’t call it cheap, on the other hand most hotels in the area are at least at this level and Base is nicer.

Great concept, I like staying here.

Very close to train station. spacious rooms with good facilities. i really like staying here, I feel like it’s my apartment rather than a hotel.

Room rate is on the high side. Weird that an otherwise well stocked kitchen had no glasses. presumably an oversight. breakfast croissant wasn’t fresh. good concept (bag delivered in morning) but needs quality control.

Check-in on line very effective and receptionist very kind. Amazing view from the corner room. Great windows opened by the well equipped kitchen and living area. Very confortable bed and pillows. Bathrobe and slippers available together a complete bathroom set. All services with care to the environment and ..plastic free.

Superb

Clean hotel and a clean and spacious room in an excellent location for Nyon city center. In this hotel, the way you get breakfast is to get it delivered to your room in the morning, which works very well if you enjoy a continental breakfast. Friendly staff.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or room service, but there is one in the same building and plenty in the vicinity.
