The staff is amazing, especially Mai, the manager. It is adorable and cute located in the historical part of Hanoi. The breakfast is outstanding!!! You won’t regret! The bedroom is small and dark, but that is due to no windows in most of Hanoi properties that are built in historic area. The spa is exceptional. I am a massage therapist and I get lots of massages…he is one of the BEST I have used in 27 years. He is also the husband to the manager. I also loved the beautiful steam room and jacuzzi. Just outstanding and very reasonable and quaint.
If you are okay with dark rooms and no light from the outside, you will definitely sleep well. It’s peaceful and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The spa bath was so unique and I had a spa bath in my room before I went to sleep. It’s old but very historical.

Staff was very helpful! They helped us with early check in! They also upgraded to a better room subsequently. Location is great! Overall very satisfied with hospitable nature of all staff members

Spacious rooms right in the middle of Hanoi old quarters. If you are looking to spend a weekend in the Hanoi old quarters this is a very good option. Great breakfast, great food, very near to other old quarter hot spots and very courteous staff. The welcome treat of dried apricots was a bonus.
