This is a great place to stay while visiting the beautiful village of Konitsa.

The location was incredible--perched at the very top of the village, this property offers a spectacular view of the valley and river below, with mountains in the distance.

There was no hot water when I tried to shower at night. I think it may have been used up by other guests because I showered late.

Nice view. Comfortable beds. Big room. Konitsa is a stunning place that I recommend.

We did not have electricity during our stay almost all the time. The attitude of the owner about this issue was unacceptable - no concern at all. 2-3 polite sentences with a smile are doing miracles. The lack of communication provoked me to write a review. I felt like we are some kind of intruders that are bothering them. The bathroom topic - as in the previous comments.

Pleasant stay in the beautiful Konitsa village

Nice view, confy beds, convenient location near Konitsa centre, The room was warm.

The room was not the same as in the pictures. There was not a fireplace. The window blind was broken so there was too much light coming in the room.

We liked it a lot, it was cozy and clean.

Just a few meters to the center. You have everything close that you need like groceries and restaurants. Very quiet in the night. Dogs were welcome.

Cheap and cheerful

You get what you pay for. Okay location, considering it is a small village. Free instant coffee in the room. Morning views from the balcony were absolutely stunning.

They forgot to give me a towel, so I have to find one in another room. Check in process was a bit bumpy.

Pleasant

Beautifull view from the terrace. You can see the Albania from there, wery good location. We had a fireplace in our room, so it is so romantic when you are here at winter. Free parking.

The equipment at the room was not enough. If you want to cook by yourself and you don't want to eat in the restaurant (cantina) every lunch, diner. It will be hard for you.

Καλό για απλή και οικονομική λύση για σύντομη διαμονή.

Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι του δωματίου και ο εξωτερικός χώρος.

Δεν είχε θέρμανση και τα σαπουνάκια και οι παντόφλες ήταν χρησιμοποιημένα. Στο μπαλκόνι δεν άναβε το φως. Στο μπάνιο έπεσε η κουρτίνα.

Ό,τι πρέπει για μια απόδραση στα βουνά, το συνιστούμε οπωσδήποτε.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν απλά εξαιρετικό. Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, αρκετές παροχές, πολύ φιλική ιδιοκτήτρια και πάνω από όλα υπέροχη θέα.

Δεν υπάρχει τίποτα που να μη μας άρεσε.

Δεν ήταν καθαρά βασικά σημεία τουαλέτα και κουζίνα (μαγειρικά σκεύη).

Η τοποθεσία και η θέα από το μπαλκόνι, το οποίο ήταν μεγάλο.

Δεν ήταν καθαρή η τουαλέτα (συγκεκριμένα το καπάκι και η στεφάνη γύρω γύρω) και τα μαγειρικά σκεύη, πχ κατσαρόλα και σουρωτήρι.Έμοιαζε σαν να ξεχάστηκε να τακτοποιηθεί ή καθαρίστηκε βιαστικά με αποτέλεσμα να ξεχαστούν τα παραπάνω.
