De gastvrijheid van Klajdi en zijn vader. Wij werden hartelijk ontvangen en zij waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement is ruim en heeft een balkon. De locatie is super, dichtbij het kleine drukke centrum van Përmet op een paar minuten lopen afstand. Verschillende heerlijke restaurantjes in de buurt. Parkeren voor de deur. Thermale baden een kleine 30 minuten rijden.

De twee éenpersoonsbedden zijn extreem hard, in die kamer is er ook geen gordijn maar wel airco. In de kamer met tweepersoonsbed is geen airco maar wel een rolluik. Het appartementencomplex zelf is vrij rustig maar van buitenaf hebben wij veel geluidsoverlast ervaren met name laat in de nacht en ‘s ochtends vroeg. Er is geen hottub aanwezig!

Location. It was near the centre.

We were disappointed. Instead of paying €45 for the entire apartment as shown on booking.com site, we ended up paying double the price i.e. € 90 just because there were four of us.

-Not recommended for seniors A review has two purposes: to inform future travelers and to help the property improve. Providing an inaccurate score helps no one. While the hosts are very kind, the property itself needs several functional upgrades. The Pros: • Helpful Hosts: A very kind and strong host helped us carry our luggage to the second floor. Lovely people. • Amenities: Effective air conditioning and heating are available in two rooms. Wifi works well. • Convenience: Includes a washing machine (only reason I book this property only one in booking.com that listed one) and is within easy walking distance of the town center, restaurants, and two small grocery stores.

The Cons: • Accessibility Issues: The listing failed to mention that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. It is located in a very old building with a back entrance accessible only via a broken sidewalk. I do not recommend this for seniors . • Kitchen Essentials: There is no kettle or suitable pot with a handle for heating water or milk. • Washing Machine: While new, the machine leaks. Fortunately, it drains toward a floor drain, but it remains messy. • Missing Basics: There were no clothes hangers, no clothespins for the balcony line, and no bedside lamps or table. Both the living room furniture and the beds were very uncomfortable. More suitable for groups of young people and families with kids • The Booking.com listing of facilities is very, very inaccurate: There is no dining table. There is no bath tub or hot tub, There is no other bathroom but the one with the shower with no curtain shown, no bath or hot tub. I think he just marked everything in the facilities whether he had them or not, Outdoor fireplace and picnic area? • Hygiene: The bar of soap provided had hair on it. It is better to provide no soap at all than a used/dirty one. • Comfort & Temperature: The beds are very hard. Additionally, the bedroom with the blackout curtains lacks a heater; the apartment loses heat almost immediately once the main heating is turned off. We left a day early after one very uncomfortable stay and paid for both. Again lovely, lovely people that need to understand traveler's needs and provide an accurate listing. Asking for a good review to help you out, is like asking me to lie for you and made me feel bad, because your father was such a nice helpful person helping us carry our luggage.
