We have no complaints. Fantastic breakfast, great SPA, nice & helpful staff & great location. I would like to give an extra + for the extremely nice man named Klajd. He went the extra mile to make the service feel perfect.

Great location and very clean. Spa is very large but part was under construction. Boutique feel. Staff very helpful and welcoming.
The breakfast is not up to the standards of a 4 stars alpine hotel, especially in this premium location. Beds are not very large and comfortable as one would expect. Some rooms are new but some are old. The centralized heating makes it very hard to regulate temperature in the rooms.

早餐和晚餐都很丰盛 交通便利 门口就是公交车站 五分钟步行可以抵达超市和滑雪场缆车站 工作人员都很热情 能提供有用的信息
等室外泳池部分装修更完善之后 体验一定会更好 在泳池使用引导部分可以更完善细节 比如室外泳池大门开关很多客人不知道在哪里 如何使用
