Staff. Parking. Food. Breakfast. The location is right in the city centre. Close to supermarkets and malls. We did not use the spa facilities. The staff is very professional and helpful. Check-in and check-out smooth. We liked this place because it has an old-fashioned charm and great attention to detail. The mountain view directly from our room was stunning.

The TV did not work very well.

Great for what we came for, but hotel was disappointing and generally difficult to find good food!

The weather and area. The people that we met. The trains were clean, and enjoyed travelling out to Pisogne for food and ice cream. One good restaurant close to hotel (La Svolta). Cafe's were ok, especially if you like pizza!

Just about everything. Breakfast was incredibly poor. Nothing hot (apparently there's a chef - who was always arriving half hour after we got there. Suffice to say we never see him/her!). Hotel was very dated, felt like stepping back to the 70's, room was adequate, but shower was a hose on a tap (by way of example). TV advertised as flat screen, which is fine but only a single English Channel (and it was the BBC!!!). Probably a lot of other things I could say but I think that gives enough of an impression

kitchen service. the staff in the restaurant is impolite and they are not approachable. we took our breakfast 22-05-2022 and it’s a bad day to start with. we stay here many times before but only this day we encountered those kind of waitresses.

Weekend relax con le terme

La Spa è molto bella, soprattutto la mattina quando non c'è nessuno. Comodo avere la Spa direttamente in hotel. Non costa tantissimo. Buona e varia la colazione (io però mangio dolce, non salato). Letto molto comodo. Smart TV in dotazione. Personale gentile.

La stanza in inverno è troppo calda. Di notte la temperatura era di 27 gradi (noi di solito dormiamo a 18 gradi). Non c'è un termostato per regolarlo. Abbiamo sempre dormito con la finestra aperta.

Stanze datate, ma cmq confortevoli e pulite, Luoghi comuni (corridoi, ascensori, spa) da rivedere: imbiancatura, vaie muffe, cmq molto contenute. Termostato in camera 216 non funzionante, oppure di difficile programmazione.

Ho frequentato molte altre località termali, ma questa mi è sembrata la peggiore.

Colazione buona non eccellentissima, ubicazione buona anche se il paesotto non aveva molto da offrire o vedere.

La hall dell'hotel un po' piccola e soprattutto fredda, la SPA ad ore contingentate (max 2 ore) , piscina piccola e acqua con temperatura che per me poteva essere più elevata.

Struttura estremamente piacevole, pulita, confortevole. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte ed è stata una piacevolissima esperienza. La camera inoltre era davvero bella, è stata proprio una “coccola”. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Piacevolissima soprattutto l’esperienza in SPA.

Het waren twee fantastische dagen, relax en de massages waren helemaal top!

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Heerlijke massages gehad, fijne sauna's en bubbelbaden. Zwembad is niet groot maar heerlijk relaxed.

Konnte nicht bei offenem Fenster sein, da extrem laut zur Hauptstraße. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren sehr desolat. Habe noch nie so schlecht in Italien gegessen. Insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité de toutes commodités

La literie était tout simplement atroce, le lit est un bateau, quand aux oreillers, c'étaient des sacs de plâtre tellement ils étaient durs. Le ménage n'était pas fait sous le lit, le robinet de la salle de bain fuyait Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles : pain congelé et pas savoureux, aucun plats faits maison, les jus de fruits industriels, il fallait demander sans arrêt des verres ( qui étaient chauds pour mettre un jus de fruits frais dedans), le café était bouillant et pas à disposition et pas bon du tout, on est en Italie normalement...

La piscina e il centro salute come indicato è a pagamento quello che non è indicato è che ci sono solo 16 Posti e bisogna prenotare. Quindi un cliente che prenota perché l' hotel ha la piscina non è detto che ci possa andare come nel nostro caso. La pulizia del giardino non proprio impeccabile Le foto delle camere exclusiv non corrispondono alla realtà e nemmeno la metratura che dovrebbe essere di 35 M2 ma non lo era. Comunque la camera era pulita e con un ampio bagno.

Lo staff era gentile ed è comodo avere la reception 24h e parcheggio coperto anche se a pagamento.

Ingresso hotel difficile da trovare è nascosto dagli alberi. Ci hanno assegnato una camera al 5° piano mansardato, con finestra solo in bagno ed aria condizionata centralizzata che ovviamente non puoi gestire in autonomia.

L'hôtel a vieillit, il mérite un coup de rafraichissement dans les chambres, au spa et menus resto .

l'attention du personnel

petit déjeuner moyen (même si en demandant on a qqs suppl comme les oeufs brouillés ou un jus de fruit frais, mais ce n'est pas clair au départ ...) . Le jambon et le fromage ne sont pas à la hauteur des produits de la région, et en plus présentés hors du froid ... le spa est un peu viellissant, surtout le sauna où les planches bougent voir sont cassées.

Il personale davvero molto gentile, la camera piccola ma accogliente, la colazione molto abbondante e il servizio massaggi molto bello, molto professionali. La spa piccola però rilassante

Il parcheggio interno era a pagamento, forse sarebbe stato meglio includere il costo nella tariffa di pernottamento, nella camera il caldo era davvero eccessivo, l' accesso alla Spa, piccola in effetti, era a pagamento e non certo molto economica. La cena in struttura va prenotata e non era disponibile visto che la struttura era piena. Abbiamo cenato poco distante dalla struttura.
