Reasonable stay but not more than that

The staff at the reception is very friendly. Good parking facility and the hotel is easy to reach. Cheap price

The rooms are quite old and the shower is very narrow. Water temperature is not easy to modify. Either very hot or very cold. The restaurant was closed which is not announced

The bed was quite comfortable, and the room had a really nice view on the mountains. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Very friendly staff. The temperature was adequate.

There was no fridge in the room, so it was kind of a problem since we had some food to store overnight.

The only thing good to mention is that the bathroom is well equipped for persons with disabilities.

The hotel looks good from the outside, but on the inside I think it needs a complete renovation. The room is old and bad, the bathroom too, and it was not clean, as a room with 8 points on Booking should be. The breakfast looked good from the distance, but when I got closer they only had croissants and all kinds of packaged sweets, coffee and tea.

Rooms were clean, staff were responsive and helpful. Nice breakfast. Spa area was nice and clean, staff really polite.

At night, we could not sleep well as rooms were noisy. We could hear people next door speak. Would not recommend for a couples relaxation trip. Babies were crying and dogs barking half our stay. Restaurant staff was friendly yet, minimum customer service skills. The food and breakfast was nice though. Overall definitely not a 4* experience.

Gita sul Lago di Iseo breve ma intensa

L'Hotel è in una posizione tranquilla e strategica per la visita a tutte le località circostanti il lago di Iseo e anche il Garda, nonchè per la visita ai Borghi vicini che sono delle vere chicche. Devo rivolgere un tributo particolare alla Signora Marina della reception perchè è stata di una gentilezza squisita e unica. Molto disponibile e prodiga di utili informazioni per le visite ai luoghi e ai locali. Inoltre l'Hotel offre anche pranzi di lavoro con un'ottima cucina. La colazione a buffet è ricca, varia tra salato e dolce e di ottima qualità. Le camere confortevoli, silenziose e ben riscaldate. Pulizia impeccabile. Ogni giorno gli asciugamani venivano cambiati. Un'ottima esperienza torneremo sicuramente. Grazie per la squisita accoglienza.

Peccato non aver potuto provare i servizi della loro SPA interna ma ci è stato spiegato il motivo ed era comprensibile

Soggiorno davvero piacevole e senza stress. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per festeggiare il compleanno di mia moglie e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Un ringraziamento speciale a Marina, che si è dimostrata estremamente gentile, disponibile e attenta sin dal primo contatto, e anche al collega al check-out che ci ha permesso di trattenere la camera un’ora in più per prepararci con calma: gesto molto apprezzato. Check-in facile e veloce. Possibilità di accedere comodamente al piano tramite ingresso di servizio e ascensore (Marina ci ha facilitato anche in questo), il che ha reso tutto molto pratico, soprattutto con un bambino. La camera era molto pulita, con biancheria impeccabile: per me è sempre il primo indicatore di qualità. Ambiente tranquillo e silenzioso, perfetto per riposare. Hotel 4 stelle un po’ datato nello stile, ma assolutamente coerente con il prezzo reale e ben mantenuto. Staff molto gentile e disponibile Check-in semplice e veloce Late check-out, molto apprezzata Camera molto pulita, biancheria impeccabile Ambiente silenzioso, ideale per riposare Colazione in sala ampia e luminosa, atmosfera tranquilla Colazione all’italiana ben organizzata (brioche, pane, salumi, formaggi) con macchina del caffè automatica gratuita Mini-frigo/minibar Molte prese elettriche (italiana - no Schuko) Parcheggio comodo e facile accesso all’ascensore Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo Nonostante la piscina non fosse accessibile per via di un evento già programmato, il soggiorno è stato comunque molto rilassante. A colazione l’ambiente era sereno, abbiamo visto soprattutto coppie e famiglie adulte, nessun disturbo o confusione.
