Surprise Villa Liberty

We received a message a day before our arrival in Italian. When we arrived Villa Liberty was deserted - we called a number on the door and the person who answered spoke Italian and put the phone down. A while later a lady arrived who could only speak Italian, she phoned her son who told us to follow her to an apartment about 2 km away up the mountain. The apartment was ok but totally enclosed, warm with no circulation. We booked Villa Liberty because of the location close to the Terme and ended up 2km up the hill away from the Spa in someones apartment - with clothes covered by blankets on hangers - nothing like what we booked and paid Euro75 for. We came all the way from Germany and it was to late to find other accommodation.

Everything - although the apartment was clean.

I sadly arrived late because of my GPS and long driving. Luckily phone number was on the main door and someone came to open the door, welcome me and give me a few informations. But I would have prefered to have the code for the wifi instead of a bible in the room, it would have been much more helpful.

Perfetto per il relax

Struttura molto accogliente in centro Boario molto carina, pulitissima ed accogliente, lo staff molto cordiale ,gentile e disponibile. Nonostante sia su via trafficata molto silenziosa la camera con tutte le comodità e un bellissimo balcone con vista montagna. Stupendo soggiorno anche se pur di una notte, peccato,complimenti!!!

Hotel che ha rispettato le alte aspettative

L'appartamento ha rispecchiato quanto visto in fase di prenotazione, molto elegante, letto comodo e bagno ben attrezzato. Colazione abbondante e di buona fattura. Posizione ottima a pochi metri dalle Terme di Boario.

All'ingresso si vede la scala che scende sotto nello scantinato che è completamente avvolto da muffa ed emana un cattivissimo odore.

La posizione centrale sulla strada principale molto trafficata anche di notte. Senza ascensore potrebbe essere un problema per alcuni.

Posizione per noi strategica e comoda ai servizi. Camera ampia e confortevole con balcone ampio sulla strada principale. Ottima la colazione con varie proposte e con possibilità di fare colazione nel patio esterno

Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.

Eigentlich können wir die Unterkunft nicht bewerten, da wir zwar ein Zimmer im Hotel gebucht hatten, allerdings wurden wir nicht im Hotel untergebracht, sondern ca. zwei Kilometer weiter weg in einer Privatwohnung, die voll war mit privaten Dingen und man fühlte sich irgendwie vollkommen deplatziert zwischen fremden Anziehsachen, die auf Kleiderständern im Schlafzimmer hingen und angebrochenen Tablettenpackungen. Aufgrund von Verständigungsproblemen und einer gewissen Überrumpelung haben wir es irgendwie verpasst, nachzufragen, warum…… Der Kontakt selber war freundlich. Das Frühstück wiederum wurde dann in der gebuchten Unterkunft eingenommen, also dafür wieder ab ins Auto und runter in die Stadt. Hierbei handelte es sich allerdings um ein öffentliches Café, welches sich unten in dem Haus befindet. Wer gerne frühstückt und eine große Auswahl liebt, ist hier falsch. Es gab lediglich Brötchen, Croissants, Toast, Marmelade, Kaffee und Saft . Auf die Frage nach Butter wurde uns sehr freundlich und charmant geantwortet, Butter mache dick 😂 und es gäbe keine… Leider gab es auch kein Obst etc. Wir waren im Rahmen einer Fahrradrennveranstaltung dort (Tour Transalp) und hätten es uns sehr über ein „ordentliches“ Frühstück zur Stärkung gefreut. Die Dame im Café selber war sehr freundlich.

Kann leider nicht bewertet werden, da wir woanders untergebracht wurden.
