The staff,in particular a lady named Claire, helped me so much.
I am nearly 80,and was not sure about the hotel,s routines,and she was very kind and made our stay enjoyable

A warm welcome and clear explanation from the host. Room was easily accessible and had two large beds. Breakfast in the form of a generous hamper. Table top fridge had extras in it too. Milk needed to be replaced ( despite it being in date) and that was quickly and efficiently done.
Shower had grab rails and was very large. We had super thick white towels and lovely bed linen.
Maybe an upgrade on the decor around certain area in bathroom. This didn't impact our enjoyment of the room though.

The breakfast was just a poor hamper. We stayed at Kenton last year and we had a lovely fight breakfast every morning this year there was no breakfast at the Paul Logan hamper.
Have the bar open and also have a cooked breakfast
