In the ancient building of the 18th century our small apartment ( 36 mq ) , recently restored , extends on two floors . On the ground floor in a trendy atmosphere there is the living-room with new furniture (a crystal table, TV flat screen , Hi-Fi, INTERNET WiFi ). The kitchenette is completely equipped ( plate in glass-ceramic microwave oven) . An indoor staircase leads to the second floor where the bed-room has double bed king size divisible on two single beds with a window the next bathroom with a crystall shower . Also in this room there is a TV flat screen available . In the apartment the air conditioning is optimal with a dispenser in every room with separate control . The atmosphere is comfortable and elegant and caracterized by ancient and wooden ceiling beams .
The flat is in the heart of Naples. The historical centre walking distance to everything . The historical Naples of the Greek/Romain period and the most important cathedrals and churches are in the immediate vicinity:
Tourist Office in Piazza del Gesù ( 5 minutes walk ) . Piazza Dante ( Metro stop 5 minutes walk ) - Toledo ( Metro stop 5 minutes walk ) Montesanto (Funicolare and Metro stop - 10 minutes walk ) .The Chiesa del Gesù Nuovo, Piazza del Plebiscito ( 10 minutes walk ) , the Royal Palace , S. Carlo Theatre 350 meters .

Great apartment and unbeatable value. Communication and service from Claudio was quick and professional. Yes it has little natural light and is a bit damp. Stairs to loft are a bit steep if you are not agile. Powerful AC kept it dry and cool during summer heat. Pictures and description totally accurate. Location is central and safe. Modern amenities and in good condition. Great for single traveler or couple.

Claudio a très bien communiqué avec nous avant notre séjour pour nous donner toutes les informations. Son ami s'est occupé de notre arrivée et a été très à l'écoute également, ce qui est un point important pour nous. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Naples et parfait pour un court séjour.

A hidden gem in Naples, located in a quiet street, close to main metro stations and shops.
The house is small, split over 2 floors and has everything you need for a great stay. The owner is friendly and helpful, check in was fast and easy.
If you're looking at this review, all I can say is...book now, you won't be disappointed.

This is an ideal place in Naples if you want to be able to quickly walk to restaurants, the Metro, the historic area and even the port.
It is for one or two people who do not plan on spending any more of their time there than necessary for sleep, have breakfast and a quick stop between "A" and "B". It is entirely adequate for making a meal or two but with many good restaurants within literally feet the question becomes why.
It is incredibly quiet, and although it doesn't have much light for me it was perfect.
Claudio was extremely helpful making sure I found an ATM when I arrived and walked me to my Taxi when I left.
