Albergo Cinzia

The room and bathroom was quite spacious! There was even a balcony that would be great for morning or afternoon coffee. It was quite cool when we were in Florence so the absence of an AC unit was not a problem - the fan in the room helped a lot too. The bathroom had a toilet with bidet, complete shower facilities, and the shower head even had a mist function which made showering relaxing! There was also free breakfast or packed bread and biscuits, along with coffee served by a nice and jolly Albanian man~ The cafe americano and cappuccino we had were perfect! The neighborhood was very quiet and tucked away from the main tourist spots, which we really liked. Still, it was close to the train station and a tram station, so it made moving to and from the main spots of Florence fairly easy. Staff was also helpful with check-in and our early check-out and very helpful with our tiny requests during our stay.

Nothing.

Location, close to the train, was excellent. Staff are lovely. Cute dining room for breakfast. It was everything it said it would be.

Not a negative, but be aware that the rooms do not have A/C. We visited during a heatwave (which is obviously completely out of the accommodation’s control) and the room was still very hot even with the ceiling fan. Again, this is not a reflection on the hotel, just a heads up

It was very clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. As two female travellers we felt very safe.

There was no AC just a ceiling fan so the room was quite warm.

It was quiet but mostly too quiet, when we came back at night it was too dark and no one greeted us at the lobby, there was no one at the desk actually. Federico was there 2x and he was super helpful and nice, though. But no one worked after he leaves at night. There was only one paper towel. The location is far from city center, taxi was 27 euros. We could walk to the Rifredi Train Station but it's still like 15 mins walk and scary to walk at night.
