Hotel AVAlex

It was okay for the money. Very clean and close to Alexander Platz.

No AC. The room was at the third floor and the place doesn’t have elevators.

The room was modern and clean and very spacious. The bathrooms and showers were kept clean and towels and shower gel were provided. We had a very nice stay, even though it was only two nights.

The mattresses could've been a little bit firmer.

the location of the hotel is excellent. hygiene and maintenance are ok, the staff is friendly and answered all my questions. I recommend this hotel for weekend trips.

there is nothing that I didn't like, maybe I should just mention to future guests that there is no elevator in the hotel in case they have a problem with climbing the stairs.

The property is in an extremely good location. There was good transport links and a fair amount of shops local.

The shared showers had a mouldy smell and a significant amount of time they were rather dirty. There was one woman’s toilet (not bathroom, singular toilet) for the entire floor to share. But these are things you can live with for the cheap price, you pay for what you get What was particularly bad though is that on two occasions the cleaners left our door open and we didn’t discover this until we returned hours later. This was due to our door being extremely stiff so very very hard to close. I recognise this was most definitely an accident and not the cleaners fault but the door itself, but either way it’s a safely risk leaving us susceptible to theft. At times we felt slightly uncomfortable as young women in the compound.
