Location near a tram stop, easy to get to
No air con, admittedly we visited when it was 25-30⁰, but it was very difficult to get the room cool enough to sleep at all. The windows had to be wide open, and then having trams thunder down the street just outside was hardly relaxing. There was also no luggage storage.

Room was very clean, spacious with a comfy double bed and the walk in shower was excellent. Check in and out was very easy. In a great area with cafes nearby and a tram stop 2 minutes walk away.
Hand soap placed as shower gel! (Small detail which didn't affect overall thoughts). The safe wasn't working for me which wasn't great (could have just been me).

Location is nice, check in was simple, bed is comfortable. Hotel just changed the owner and I thing it will get better over time
Missing blinds (sun hits you early on the morning), no AC, leaking faucet in the bathroom
