The cleaning staff members were great. The room was clean, shower was strong with lots of hot water, the bed was comfortable. The AC works well.
More fruit at breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was good. I just personally like more fruit options.

Cleanliness, space and location (tram is opposite, cafes, restaurants and market close).
The staff needs to be more welcoming and friendly. The employee, Mr. Cris, was extremely rude and disrespectful.
