In a quiet area , the staff were very nice and were able to leave your bags in the office on last day instead of carrying about with you
As there 5 of us in one room there was nowhere really to put our luggage.

Comfortable quiet room with full range of facilities. The room was valeted after the first day- exceeded expectations.

It is within walking distance to 3 underground stations.
Had no TV and although i told them this was never ratified.
One morning had no hot water and barely no water.
No telephone in the room and to talk to receptionist you need to go down znd up agsin around 60 steps and go outside to adjacent building.
Central heating was not on.
In the shower there is no soap holder.
Night receptionist was not helpful at all.
