Our stay at Comfotel Hotel was perfect. The guy at the reception was extremely kind, and from the moment we arrived everything was flawless. The room was good and the bathroom as well. The location was strategic — not right in the city centre, but in a neighbourhood where there was everything we needed, with public transport very close by. For my travel style and considering the quality-price ratio, I couldn’t have found anything better in London. Everything was perfect.

It is within walking distance to 3 underground stations.
Had no TV and although i told them this was never ratified.
One morning had no hot water and barely no water.
No telephone in the room and to talk to receptionist you need to go down znd up agsin around 60 steps and go outside to adjacent building.
Central heating was not on.
In the shower there is no soap holder.
Night receptionist was not helpful at all.
