Room was a good size with a large fan provided which was great with the heat wave. We were able to leave our luggage early and any queries were sorted. Fridge in room was also a bonus. Thank you

A long time to answer the phone, but when I eventually spoke to them, they were great changing the date when I got the wrong date - Location was great, room was perfect for single guest
The shower was cool/cold, and the fan didn’t provide much help on hot night, as it was also a heat blower, but I would absolutely stay again - minor things.

Friendly staff and the location was good.
We booked a quadruple room, family of 4 with teenagers. The room was tiny and the beds were 2x double beds only. The bathroom was actually unsafe, the sink was nearly falling off the wall, the toilet seat was broken and so was the shower door, the shower had black mould on the grout and the ceiling paint was coming off. In the bedroom, the wall light was hanging by a threat and occasionally didn't turn on at all. It was pretty unsafe overall. There was also a smell of cooked food all night, mainly Indian smelling food.
