It was very reasonably priced even though booked at short notice.

Quiet at night and the rooms got cleaned every day. The area is really safe and nice, not too far away from the tube
It could use a little TLC here and there and the mattresses were not the most comfortable, still okay though.

Friendly staff and the location was good.
We booked a quadruple room, family of 4 with teenagers. The room was tiny and the beds were 2x double beds only. The bathroom was actually unsafe, the sink was nearly falling off the wall, the toilet seat was broken and so was the shower door, the shower had black mould on the grout and the ceiling paint was coming off. In the bedroom, the wall light was hanging by a threat and occasionally didn't turn on at all. It was pretty unsafe overall. There was also a smell of cooked food all night, mainly Indian smelling food.
