Beautiful setting above saltwater Lake Novigrad, perfect for a peaceful stay with its own beach below the colourful gardens. Very clean throughout, very comfortable rooms with fabulous views . Staff very helpful on arrival and friendly at all times.
The restaurant menu needs bringing up to the standard of the rest of the facilities. Minor gripe :parking is above the hotel so luggage has to be hauled down to reception, from where there is a lift thankfully.

Calm and relaxing place, cozy like at a dacha! Amazing lake view!
Very slippery floor. And people in a restaurant smoking right under the windows, it's impossible to sleep with the window open and enjoy the silence and fresh air

A very good location with lovely views from a large balcony. The suite was clean, spacious and comfortable with two well appointed bathrooms. For such a nice room, having no kettle or coffee machine was a pity, as was not supplying any bottled water for the room.
The hotel menu was adequate though limited. The breakfast again was adequate apart from the heavily watered-down fruit drink, which was frankly just weird.
