Residenza Ave Roma

The welcome was lovely, Antiono spoiled us with champagne and chocolates as a honeymoon surprise. The room was very quiet and we were able to sleep with the window open. (There was AC but we chose not to use it). The bed was firm aghast the hotel had some lovely original touches including fabric wallpaper. The mini breakfast croissants were yummy and there was a kettle in the kitchen if you wanted drinks after breakfast. Great location for walking to the main sights and less than 10mins walk from the airport bus. Clean.

Stunning rooms with friendly and helpful staff. But most importantly for our stay, a perfect location. Walkable to all attractions on our list, as well as beautiful cafe/restaurant/shopping areas that we felt safe for our toddler to walk around. We stayed in a few locations in Rome and this was by far our favourite.

The staff are nice and the location is goods.

I have a few points. The AC need the filters clean as soon as possible, something simple that will make the stay a lot more pleasant. It has a lot of decoration that gathers rust, I guess it make it difficult to keep cleaner, I would recommend reducing it to keep it cleaner. The breakfast is poor, just adding eggs and some fruits would make it fair.
