Fοivos and Athina Villas

It was really quiet and the view was amazing . The house was very spacious and clean and when we arrived there was already everything present for several mornings breakfast. It’s close to the beautiful village of Archanes with nice taverns and coffeeshops.

The apartment is big, you have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The surrounding is quiet and beautiful. The host helped us all the time to deal with all kinds of problems.

The apartment is not suitable for cold weather. We were unlucky to meet bad weather and it was cold inside, despite opening all the air-conditioners. The air-conditioners in the bedrooms need to be changed. At first they didn't work properly. Then the host helped to repair them. But we still had to adjust them to 28degree when sleeping, and it was still not warm enough. We have also an air-conditioner at home, and it works definitely not like that. And after the first sleepless cold night, my daughter and I both caught a bad cold and that spoiled the whole vocation. What a pity! The bathroom is a bit blocked, lack of a platform to put the shampoos on, so we had to look for it on the flooded bathroom floor.

huis verouderd, aan vernieuwing toe (zeker de keuken). karig ontbijt (produkten van de Lidl: pakje kaas en hesp, croquebrood); pakje koffie was reeds geopend, dus gebruikt door voorgangers, wanneer??? kookfornuis op gas OK, maar 1 pannetje (indien je een gezin met 4 bent???), geen keukenhanddoeken,...... geen woning om te huren in de winter, houtkachel, airco werd afgeraden (te duur????), "warm" water met zonneboiler= koud water indien een paar dagen geen zon!!! kortom: prijs te hoog voor dergelijke accommodatie, enkel te verhuren in de zomer
