practically perfect
location was perfect hot tub was amazing
my only criticism would be the early time of 9.30am to vacate property I understand it needs to be cleaned for the next people however I have a disabled husband who I care for and this early on a morning is not suitable for me si I had to pay for an additional night to enable me to leave property at a more suitable time

Beautiful sunny January getaway in the stunning woodland trust
We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful cottage, we even got amazing sunny weather for a mid-Jan stay which made it even more special for my mum’s 60th birthday celebrations. The location is amazing too, just outside of Durham with amazing woodland walks all around the cottage. We will definitely be returning to enjoy this beautiful cottage again, the hosts were exceptional too, the lovely Peter greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and came to service the hot tub every day. Thank you so much for your 5 star hospitality.

A real treat
Beautifully furnished, comfortable, really accessible for Durham. Just sad our stay was too short to fit in the hot tub which looked great and is clearly very popular with most visitors. Easy communication with owners - all very good.
