Widespread mold present throughout our Christmas stay led to health concerns and illness.
The location
Severe mold in several rooms throughout our Christmas stay at Avondale at Porthmadog Wales UK (managed by Sykes Cottages) caused significant inconvenience and health issues for my family. The accommodation was not safe or hygienic. We documented the mold in photos and reported it promptly; we urgently expect a meaningful resolution. Extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we cannot recommend this property in its current condition.
