Very disappointed…. Treated appalling
The location was wonderful it had plenty of bedrooms for a large family. The living room upstairs gave amazing views across to the Irish Sea
When we arrived the boiler was not working no hot water and no heating. We had 5 young children with us. We were advised at 19:30pm at night they could not get a hold of the owners of the property to gain permission to have the boiler fixed by a local engineer. So we had to leave the property for the night check into a hotel until the boiler was fixed. Thankfully the next day the boiler was fixed we were able to stay one night. However I have been refused a refund due the night we were unable to stay there by the owners. This I find unacceptable as they have a house maid surely all the facilities should have been checked to ensure working before our arrival! Also the property hasn’t had a deep clean in a long time as there was dog hairs all over the carpets & under the kitchen table. Dust and ingrained dirt on skirting boards etc.

Single beds a bit hard, the fan in the main bathroom was very noisy. The heating was new and modern, but no instructions on how to use it, probably removed because of cover 19?
