Villa Bruyere

Die Villa Bruyere bietet viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und ordentlich und hat eine vorteilhafte Zimmeraufteilung. In allen Wohn- und Schlafzimmern befinden sich gut regulierbare Klimaanlagen. Der Pool ist traumhaft schön und groß und bietet eine tolle Abkühlung. In ca. 10 Min erreicht man zu Fuß die Strandpromenade des Ortsteils Juan le Pins, wo sich viele gute Restaurants und Bars befinden. Außerdem auch einige Sandstrände.

An der ein oder anderen Stelle ist das Haus und die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kühlschrank ist für die Anzahl der Personen zu klein bemessen, bei der Küchenausstattung wäre mir Qualität vor Quantität lieber (zB bessere Töpfe) und die Pool-Liegen waren teilweise sehr abgenutzt.

The swimming pool is the star - as is the location. The villa is within easy walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, restaurants plus buses and trains that serve Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc. Public transport costs are very low meaning we didn’t need to hire a car. The photos do not do the villa service as it is much nicer than they make it look. The agent Stephanie could not have been more helpful

It’s personal taste but the decor was a little dated and the lounge a/c unit was noisy (but we didn’t really need it on). All the others in the bedrooms were quiet. With its proximity to the main road the traffic noise might be an issue to some. However, it wasn’t an issue for us and you can’t have tranquility and a quiet remote location AND everything close by!

Att kunna hänga på den mysiga baksidan med pool och ingen insyn! Nära till stan och mataffärer etc. Många rum och att det fanns AC i alla rum!

Inget men hade varit trevligt och ännu finare om även blommorna och tomten vårdats lite mer.

My family and I spent a very relaxing week in beautiful sunshine. The villa and gardens are very private and the pool is lovely. The location is great with local shops and restaurants within walking distance.
