Location could not have been better! In a well lit safe and great street with restaurants & shops. A easy block from the beach . We booked it for the location on the map, and we were very pleased. There are 3 AC splits throughout the unit one in main area and one in each bedroom. We had to ask them to come and explain how they worked as it was very hot on arrival. But once they showed us how to use the remotes, they cooled down the unit very well. We also stayed in middle of June during Cannes Lions and it was extremely hot, thus fact we had a very well working AC was a huge plus! Two bedrooms, with one bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed, and closet with plenty of hangers with was appreciated. Extra pillows in closet, comforter was comfy and pillows nice quality. Beds also seemed nice quality and comfortable to me. The second bedroom has twin bunk bed, two twin beds, and another closet with plenty of hangers. They also have a full size iron and ironing board which we appreciated, and hairdryer. The bathroom was spacious with excellent water pressure rainhead, and two rolling organizers for organizing all your toiletries. Living room was fine , we didn’t use the TV. Kitchen was very well stocked with plates, utensils, cooking dishes and full size fridge, stove, and oven. Also there is a washer dryer in the unit. Also this unit is on 3rd floor and there is a security door at street level that you will have a key to, and a newer elevator & stairs make going upstairs with luggage easy. Finally the host was very kind, gave us their number to text if needed anything and very responsive.

Could add more ice trays, as it is so hot in Cannes ice for drinks was needed nonstop. Also only two sets of bath towels provided, thus if you have more than 2 people you will need to ensure they are aware and make sure you have enough towels.

Great place to book for a family.

I was greeted by Monica and friend. They were wonderful and friendly. The Accommodation looked exactly as was advertised. Wifi was smooth throughout Everything was squeaky clean. Everything (non-food) was well stocked. More than a half a dozen towels, pillows, sheets, blankets Kitchen was complete with more than enough utensils, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, toaster, and oven. Enough to cook anything! Location was a major part of my decision as i had work at the Palais (less than 2 mins walk) Apartment on the 2nd level with what looked like a new lift/elavator. Thank you for the free coffee and cookies.

My colleague did not like the double decker bed and chose to sleep at the sofa.
