It is a truly wonderful place to spend a few days surrounded by nature, cut off from civilization. Well, maybe not completely – Wi-Fi provided some contact with the outside world, and there was also no problem with mobile network coverage. :)
The house itself was clean and contained all the necessary amenities, such as a fridge, oven, cooktop, bathroom with a shower, and even a small Finnish sauna (you can use it and then cool off outside, either with snow or in the lake). The idea of the soap attached to a magnet was really practical – I plan to use the same solution at home now. :) There is one bedroom with a large bed, as well as a couch in the living room.
The real advantage of this place is its location. It is surrounded by forest and just about 20 meters from the lake. There are no strong sources of light nearby, making it the perfect spot to gaze at the night sky and the Northern Lights (which was the main reason we came to Lapland).
The forest road leading from the main road was kept passable, so we had no problem reaching the house in winter. The nearest big shop is located in Inari, about half an hour’s drive away
There was no such thing. Absolutely perfect location, it met all our expectations.

incroyable séjour et dépaysement total : difficile à énumérer tout
nous y sommes allés en février 2026: bien sûr le lieu est unique avec des paysages enneigés, une vue sur le lac gelé et passage de rennes tous les jours devant le chalet.
Equipement parfait avec, entre autres, cheminée et sauna dans le chalet
En plus, communication très facile et rapide avec Christoph et Rosa (de très bonnes explications pour se rendre sur le lieu)
Ils proposent en plus des services supplémentaires : raquettes, ski de fond, luges, combinaisons chaudes, bottes....
Et je ne parle pas des paysages, des aurores boréales, du calme et cette sensation d'être seuls au monde.
Un vrai bonheur, on reviendra !!!!!!!!

Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft schön. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr abgelegen und bietet einen direkten Zugang zum See, was eine besondere Ruhe und Naturverbundenheit schafft. Bereits bei der Ankunft konnte man die Hektik des Alltags vollkommen hinter sich lassen. Besonders beeindruckend war, dass wir jeden Morgen und Nachmittag eine Rentierherde über den See beobachten konnten. Zudem waren die Nordlichter direkt über dem See oder dem angrenzenden Wald sichtbar, was den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht hat.

This place is TOP, perfectly located in the middle of nowhere, total silence in the pure nature.
House is super warm, well equipped, bed comfortable. You can use the provided warm overalls, snowshoes, cross-country skis. Sauna is perfect to call of the day.
Aurora visible in front of the house. Reindeers walking daily through the lake.
Nothing really much to complain...
Wifi was working so so.
Pillows could be renewed.
