Host was really nice and welcoming. House has a big garden with beautiful view. I also have to mention that house was clean, quiet and nice place to stay. I really enjoyed that there was parking space and free WiFi.

Clean rooms, marvelous view, nice large garden, good breakfast, and a very friendly and helpful host family. Family friendly! It's a perfect place for all who want to escape the busy tourist center of Mestia (roughly 15 min drive to the center). Highly recommended.

Everything was absolutely great, we needed a good break after climbing mount Laila and this little guesthouse was heaven. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and we regret that we arrived too late for diner. The host was very kind and did everything she could to make our stay unforgettable.

Location of the property right on the highway.
Large open front yard with beautiful views of the Mestia mountains.
Clean interior and outdoor area (garden)
No ventilation in the room. Extremely hot.
No clear policy stated on the use of facilities such as kitchen although the owner did allow us to cook our own meal after some negotiation.
